It went well. The package purchased covered the repair. Also included in the roof inspection and attic inspection. The roof inspection yielded no additional repairs needed. I didn't have time for the attic inspection so skipped that. The technician, Howard Shires, was punctual, responsive, and professional. There were no unexpected findings or upcharges.

Technician, Marc, was extremely professional and explained exactly what needed to be done before beginning. Kept me informed through the process. Would recommend.

Technician Howard Shires exceeded my expectations, i.e., not only was my immediate need met, i.e., the roof leak was patched, Mr. Shires calmly walked me through an inspection of the roof inside (attic) and outside, pointing out the additional problems in need of repair, which were essentially masked by my attic insulation. In addition, the repair and inspection were documented with photographs. Lastly, based upon the trust inspired by Mr. Shires' skill and professionalism, I have scheduled a follow-up appointment to get a roof replacement bid. Note, my roof was old when I moved in 20 years ago, and today's inspection and pictures taken by Mr. Shires indicate additional leaks and some questionable patching done before I moved in.

The technician diagnosed the leak as being caused by a lot of popped nails. He sealed off the holes, and as such the repair was straightforward; however, he was also blunt about that part of the roof being on its last leg and strongly recommended to get it replaced sooner rather than later.

American Home Contractors located in Laurel, Md is an excellent company. I had the pleasure of working with John Roda, Project Coordinator to help me with roofing, siding and gutter work on my house. After finding out I needed work done on my house, I researched few companies then decided to go with American Home Contractors. After scheduling the initial consult, a few days later John Roda came out to my house. He took time to carefully inspect the roof, siding and other exterior parts of the house to ensured complete and detailed assessment of damages with the house was captured. After determining what work was needed, he scheduled a time frame for the work to be done. The crew was over early in the morning and completed all required work in half a day. All the debris from the work was completely cleaned up. John Roda came back out a few days later to do an inspection to make sure I was happy with the work. John Roda and American Home Contractors went beyond the expected work scope to ensure high quality customer service and work. I highly recommend John Roda and American Home Contractors for exterior work. For an future exterior home improvement or repair, I would definitely Give John Roda a call.

The technician, Nick DePazzo was very professional and polite. He showed up in time and the scheduling was flexible and accommodating. Nick took pictures of everything and detailed the work to be done and the work completed. He kept me informed of any potential problems. The company went above and beyond what I assumed the scope of work would be and Nick offered sound advice for future maintenance and care of my system. I am eager to work with them again for more comprehensive siding and gutter projects. Nick was very knowledgeable.

It was a pleasure dealing with AHC - they were very communicative and prompt for both scheduling and re-scheduling. Their technician, Eric, was very knowledgeable and communicated his findings well. Installation was OK but not installed in quite the way I had requested - one piece has already blown off. I would certainly consider using AHC for my next roof and gutter job.

Marc Burkett's service was great. He was on time, explained everything in detail, answered questions and in detail, and provided any necessary recommendations and things to look out for.

It went extremely well. Mr. Ross arrived on time and walked me thru everything and got to work. Afterwards, Mr. Ross showed me pictures of my interior and exterior roof and the maintenance that was performed. He also gave me recommendations and tips as well.

Technician showed up alone and had sprained his ankle on a job that morning so showed up late. Used my leaf blower to do job. Very nice, knowledgeable young man. Did the job quickly with my leaf blower and performed a thorough inspection.
