Chuck and Howard were great! I fully expected a high-pressure spiel from AHC so they could do more work and make more money for AHC, and that is NOT what happened at all. Chuck and Howard were laid back, thorough and professional and stepped me through everything of note and did the work they were supposed to do! They answered all my questions and we'd hire AHC again when/if needed!

The price was in line. I got about a half of dozen estimates. I have not been up on the roof, but they insured me everything was fine. Their punctuality was good. Their professionalism was good. I hope the roof stays up there for a good 20 years or so.

Marc Burkett was exceptional. He responded to the urgency of my needs by scheduling an emergency appointment. And he did great work; everything is in perfect working order through this last storm! I would definitely use this company again.

Went very well. They were professional and efficient. On time and finished ahead of time. Cleaned up excellently. John Roda made the whole process very smooth. He was very responsive to us. From the first phone call to a new roof was only 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Service tech would not climb on the roof, stating that I would need to replace my current roof as it had been installed over a tin roof. Although no leaks were found nor water damage of any kind in the attic crawlspace, I need a new roof? The current one has been working fine for 8+ years now. I called and got another roofer to replace the shingles with no problems. So kind of a waste of my money although I suppose my roof did get "inspected"

Cleaned and inspected the roof. Debris collected was shown. The serviceman seemed skilled and knowledgeable about the job to be performed. Gave some information/suggestions to keep things tuned up.

Jonathan from American Home Contractors arrived earlier since he finished his last job earlier. He first inspects the attic and roof. Then, he let me know what is the issue and then fix the issues. I wait a while and confirm that the fix can stand the rains in one month. Jonathan is very polite and professional. His work is very efficient. We also discuss the situation of my roof and give me professional recommendation. I will surely work with Jonathan and American Home Contractors again!

They came when they said they were going to (Just a couple minutes behind), and called when they were on their way. The work was good, and they were very informative. I will be having them do some additional work for me in the future.

The tech Marc Burkett (same tech we had before) arrived on time and fixed the issues and made sure they don't reoccur. This is our second experience with American Home Contractors and will do business with them again in the future.

I had a very bad experience but they finally fixed everything. It took a long time, there was a lot of phone calling and promising. They didn't keep their promises about coming back and finishing the job. Some of the people didn't know what they were doing, but I complained enough so that they sent a real builder. They sent out a separate contractor. They girls who work there are so nice when they answer the phone and they try to get in touch with these crews that are out doing different jobs. Those girls try very hard, they are very polite, and very nice, but they people they are trying to get in touch with don't understand what they are supposed to do and they don't get back to them. They promise me a phone call the next day and the next day comes and no phone call. Things like that. They finally did get a good guy and he did a good job. I have no way to compare the price but it seemed reasonable to me. It took so long for them to get in touch with the right worker to get him out here. It went on for weeks with me calling them and those nice girls promising me that somebody would get back to me. They called it "reach out" they will reach out to you. Well, most of the time when they said that, nobody reached out to me. They were not very responsive. In the beginning, they said it would take about two weeks and that was in November and it didn't get finished until January something. At times, they should up when they said they would. The girls in the office would get an "A" for professionalism and they guys doing the work would not.

My roof is in pretty bad shape, so we are probably going to have to replace it soon. Hopefully, the repair will add a couple months to it's life.

Provided professional and punctual and provided quality service. Answered my questions and concerns and advise me of next steps to take.

Marc came on time as promised. He is a very professional and dedicated person. He did a meticulous job and i would definitely hire him next time. Ooh and they are pocket frinedly too for their deals. Thanks Marc and i will recommend you to other friends out there.

He fixed the problem and went an extra mil in saving his 10 minutes to offer us better suggestions and recommendations for future upkeep and maintenance of our house roof. I would definitely hire for our now new project of getting a new roof. Thanks alot Marc. You are truly dedicated to your job.

Wonderfully. Chuck arrived early and despite high winds that day, he performed visual inspection. He took pictures of problem areas and discussed the repair process. Upon completion, he took after pictures. I am very satisfied with the service. The only negative, if there was one, was the replacement shingles were not the same color as the original roof but he explained in the beginning that he did not have the exact color shingle on the truck. So, I have to take some responsibility for that since I authorized him to proceed. I am a satisfied customer.

Repairman was very knowledgeable and thorough checking both attic and roof.

Our salesman, Stephen, delivered the project as promised. The 2-man team showed up on time to install our windows. They were very professional and left the areas where they worked clean. The windows are AWESOME! No more draft! No more outside noise!

Service was great. Chuck Fistek came out and did an initial evaluation, then scheduled a time to come out with an additional technician (Howard Shires) due to the size and challenges of an older home. Chuck explained the process to us and potential pitfalls, then showed us before and after pictures and explained what they had found. They took the time to do a great job, would definitely hire them again.

This was a special deal for examing the roof and sealing small areas. The originally scheduled visit had to be postponed because of snow on the roof (the only day this winter with snow!). There was a glitch with communication between the service person and their office as far as rescheduling that caused a week delay but they resolved that and the service person was on time on the rescheduled day. The serviceman took his time and was thorough. He found and traced a small leak (size of a dime) to a crooked nail in the roof (it was a great sleuthing job to find the tiny leak through the insulation in the attic). He repaired the leak, patched all areas that needed sealant (around skylights, chimney, vents etc.) and evaluated some needed repairs. He took pictures of the whole leak trail, inside the attic and on the roof, before and after repair and the other areas that he worked on (60 pictures in all that were provided through my email). We subsequently asked for an estimated for repair of a side roof. We received the estimate and scheduling the repairs is pending. Was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of everyone we came in contact with at the company.

It went great! I actually ordered the roof inspection and maintenance special for two properties. The technician, Howard, performed both inspections and was punctual (actually early) and very knowledgeable. He quickly inspected the roofs, identified maintenance issues, addressed them, and provided expert advice not only on their current status but long-term viability. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

It went great. Our representative Marc was serious about doing a good job and professional. He was able to replace an 18-year old shingle with a close color that is basically indistinguishable. Even though there was no smoking gun for the leak, he did some roof maintenance on the ridge vent that we hope will fix the leak. He also fixed the vent gasket installs that were done incorrectly by a previous roof tuneup company who failed to fix the bathroom leak. A+
