AHC, Inc did a very thorough job walking our roof and finding areas that required caulking; replacing loose nails and shingles. The technician Austin Bunnell, as a total courtesy, removed the base to an old satellite dish that was never taken down.. He then caulked that area for us. Great customer service was provided and care taken to respect the household (protective face mask and shoe covers were worn). A very good value at $149.00

This company was great. Chuck called me when he was on his way and when he arrived. He sent me a link where I he posted pictures and videos throughout his work. He highlighted areas of concern for me in the pictures, called me up when it was all done to go over everything, and sent me a final email with information. Easy and seamless!

This was my second time using AHC and I will continue to use them. The technicians they send are top notch. This time Howard serviced the gutters and did an inspection. Howard was also early for my appointment but called ahead to make sure it would be ok. He was very professional and explained everything inside and out. He took pictures to show me areas on the roof that may still need some attention and sent the photos via email due to social distancing which he was very aware of and cautious. Overall I was very pleased by the service I received and already booked my roofing tune up with them. Thank you Howard.

They came on time, cleaned the gutters and repaired leaks and attachment of gutter and downspout problems. They did good work. Left the premises clean. After the work, a leak remained in one gutter seam. I gave them a call and they returned promptly to repair it.

Great communication in setting up appointment. The technician David was on time and completed gutter cleaning in a timely and thorough manner. Also took care of some minor fixes and offered advice without additional charge.

As a management trainer I can appreciate the presence of great customer service. Chuck and his team arrived promptly and after a "little snafuu" within a few minutes went right to work. The photos of the work made it clear as to what was being done especially for someone who doesn't know a lot about roofing and gutters. During their visit I felt like I was being serviced by old friends and I feel confident that true professionals entered my home. I now have someone who can handle my roofing needs in the future. I also give Kudos to Chuck who had a trainee with him and how he treated him with respect was nice to see. He was nervous about the electronic invoice and you made it feel easy. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, explaining what had been done incorrectly the last time the roof was replaced, and the steps that would be taken to remedy the situation. The estimate appointment lasted about an hour between examining the roof and reviewing the products / answering any questions we had. We appreciated that it wasn't a 2.5 hour song and dance like other roofing companies had done. The estimate was not the lowest we received (nor the highest), but was within reason, and we got what we paid for- in this case, a professional, efficient installation with an excellent warranty. Installation took one day. When we brought a minor issue with one of the vents to their attention a few weeks later, they came out the next day to fix it. I recommend this company.
