Howard from AHC came to inspect the roof. He was 20 minutes early and walked me through the entire process before he went up to the roof. He went up to inspect the roof took pictures and showed them to me before performing the work and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was very fast and showed me pictures of the repairs after he was finished, His level of customer service and professionalism was the best I have experienced. I will be using AHC from now on and will request Howard. I am very happy with the work that was completed. The service is top notch.

Marc Burkett was very professional and informative. He called ahead as to when e expected to arrive. He explained everything to me. He did all the work as described in the ad. He was neat and well dressed and polite. He even explained to me how long to expect my roof to last.

Marc Burkett showed up on time and was extremely professional. He replaced the shingles that fell off and even came up with a solution to match the shingles I was missing. Mr. Marc Burkett come out to do a clean gutter service, he was on time professional and honest. On arrival he diagnosed that my 12 year old gutter guards were causing a failure and were the source of the issue I had (overflow and blockage). He offered a free no obligation service by American Home Contractors to offer long term solutions (for the next day). No charge was made for Marc's visit. Marc's experience and knowledge is extensive and much appreciated and I'm looking forward to the free follow up visit. ~joe

Company called a day earlier to confirm app. Very pleased. Appointment was originally set for 3:30, but Marc called to see if he could come earlier since his other apppointment was finished, Never judge a book by its cover, Marc was polite and quite nice.He kept me informed of what he was doing and explained everything in simple terms, unfortunately he saw cracks in the roof and told me he was taking pictures that the office would send to me with 24 hours.

Though no service was provided, I was impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the contractor and would recommend them.

The rep did a great job cleaning the gutters. What was a pleasant surprise was that the rep took pictures of our roof while he was up on our roof . This way we could see if we needed any roof work. It also showed where a piece of the shingle got stuck in the gutter causing our problem.

It went very well. Mark Burkett, our service provider, was professional and thorough. He was also early, which I appreciated! We would use American Home Contractors again for future projects.

Fine. Very detailed & professional.

They inspected my roof and gutters and found that I needed to replace several pieces of wood underneath the existing roof. They made sure to fit me in with in a time of constant rain storms, because my roof was at a point that could have turned into a bigger problem. It was replaced and made up to code. My ceiling fan glass globe broke during replacement, but they made sure to replace it for me.

Marc did an absolutely spectacular job in cleaning my gutters! I've had other contractors clean my gutters but he was far more thorough than anyone I have ever had do them. Not only that, but he showed me some other problems I hadn't noticed on my house near my gutters/windows: an ant and wasp issue, a carpenter bee issue, a bird issue, and how the developers who built my place put the absolutely cheapest gutters on my townhouse, etc. As I woman, I really appreciated how Marc cleaned up after his work was complete, how personable he was, and how he answered my questions and explained everything fully. I would recommend Marc at American Home Contractors to anyone, especially to another woman who is concerned about her gutters.

Marc did a spectacular job in inspecting and cleaning my gutters. I've had others clean my gutters out but never anyone as thorough as he was. First off, my place is an end unit townhouse on a bit of a hill/incline and that makes it difficult for anyone to really get to the gutters in the back of the house. Marc expertly got the leaves no one else could get out of the most out of reach spot on my back gutters. Marc showed me I had some issues with my place that I didn't know I had: an ant issue in the front near the gutter, a carpenter bee and wasp issue, and a bird issue (a bird had built its home in my gutter). As a woman, who was concerned about her gutters, it was important to me that the person who came over be able to explain to me the condition of my gutters, and clean up after they were done. Not all contractors take the time to explain things. Marc was very personable, answered my questions absolutely thoroughly. and he cleaned up after he was done working! Couldn't ask for better. I'm very happy with the work he did.

They did a good job. It took them a little over an hour to complete the work. They didn't charge anything extra. The price and quality are good too. They were on time. They took care of the leak.

Project coordinator Nick and his crew were fantastic. Nick arrived on time to perform the estimate and, when other contractors had spent only 10-15 minutes doing the inspection, Nick was on the roof for 40 minutes checking every corner, nook, and cranny. Work to replace the skylight and small roof was done about three weeks later, in one day, professionally and excellently by crew chief Cesar and his crew, who swept and cleaned the area fully after the work. Nick arrived as the crew was finishing to do a full inspection and continued after the crew was done. All work was done excellently and thoroughly, and costs were billed per the estimate, with a good warranty on the roof and lifetime replacement for the skylight included. What a great find! Will definitely be recommending them.

A little tardy but apologetic. Performed work with no problem. Repaired leak and cracks. Will hire again.

Eric was awesome! Diagnosed and repaired our roof leak, and gave us a report card on our overall roof, gutters and attic situation. We had a big rain event after the repair, and we were dry as a bone!
