Service person showed up by himself so I had to hold the ladder for him. He found multiple reasons that cleaning was difficult and that he could not add the covers as requested. (shingles too close to the gutter, gutters too narrow, etc.) This in spite of the fact I had already installed covers myself over all but about 10-20 feet. I just needed someone with a taller ladder to reach the last section. He then informed me he didn't really have time to move his ladder to clean the entire section of gutter.

The sales person was very detailed and covered all of the protections the firm has in place for their customers. Ultimately, they installed a beautiful roof. While not everything went according to plan, when I brought issues to their attention, they addressed them and apologized. That's really important to me and for that reason, I'd use them again!

Repeated no shows and no calls after scheduled appointments. Signed contract on Aug 12th with the written approval roof would be completed before Labor Day. After repeated no call and no shows, roofers showed up end of Sept to complete the project. They completed the roof, but did not do the fascia or the porch per the terms of the contract. After 5 further no shows after scheduled appointments, contractor showed up to cancel and delay another 2 weeks. After rains, we now have leaking in the attic whereby the improper install of the rain guard was not completed on the perimeter of the roof as well as the hatch to the roof was not properly covered in sheet metal subsequently causing further leaks. Office staff do not return phone calls and no one is informed about poor workmanship as well poor customer service. Company came and put filler in the gap in the roof line, and basically said the job is complete, please sign. Invoice was signed, but I would not recommend AHC for home projects in the future. Overall, feedback is communication, it goes a long way, vendor did not communicate timelines, did not follow through with appointments or finalizing a satisfactory job. Project in under warranty, and I assume they will be back in the very near future.

Our service technician, Marc Burkett, was prompt, professional and efficient. He replaced a pipe gasket to stop the leak, cleared debris, and made many recommendations for when the roof is replaced in the coming few years. We would definitely use them again.

Chuck was my tech. He was very informative, friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. I didn't feel that he was giving me false information of the findings of his inspection of my gutters and roof. I'm looking forward to continue doing business with this company

It went great. Marc did a very thorough job of inspecting and cleaning out a blockage in one spot in my gutter near the downspout. He explained any issues that he found. He ensured that the gutters and downspout were properly secured and checked that the gutters were properly pitched. He was very courteous and very helpful in his explanation of all the things that he found.

The service went well, although he did say that I needed a new roof for which which he gave me an estimate.

The tecnician, Marc Burkett, was excellent. He listened to my concerns, inspected the ceilings and the attic. He described in great detail the problems with the roof and the methods he would use to remedy them. He also gave me information about the general state of my roof. Very patient, instructive and efficient.

Steve came and did a great job. He took pictures of my gutters and explained everything that he was going to do beforehand. He completed everything in a timely manner and then showed me pictures of how the gutters looked after he finished. Work was so well done that I scheduled a roof tuneup once he had finished.

Charles Fistek was the technician excellent work. I will call them again for any work on my roof.

The tech was right on time. He explained the process and then proceeded to do the work. He cleaned out the gutters, inspected them and took various pictures to show the before/after. He also gave me advise regarding when I should do the cleaning as well as how often. In addition to the gutters, he also inspected the roof. The pictures he took were then emailed to me a day later for my records. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and consider it a job well done.

The tech was over an hour late and the office did not call to notify me. I had to call them.

This was my first time using American Home Contractor services, and I was pleased with the outcome. Marc Burnett was the Technician that came to my house and cleaned my gutter system. Marc was very professional and knowledgeable of the job that needed to be done. Marc took time to answer my questions and he helped me to gain insight into how to create proper water drainage that will flow away from my house. Overall, I am happy that I chose American Home Contractors and I will look to them for future home care needs.

We called these guys twice- no return call after the 1st conversation with a customer service rep. We asked for an estimate or estimator to come by. Their ads all say they do roofing, including shingles, etc. especially in their "tune-up" offer. No one returned the first call. We had to call again as it was getting ready to rain the next day.He spoke to a woman who passed on that they declined the job, saying they don't or won't do it. My husband did all the repair work from the inside but just could not get on the roof. From this they knew he knows what the job entailed & knows about repairs, etc. and they wouldn't be able to get off with little to no work for the money. We suspect that their tune-up is a sham- they get up there with a caulk gun,squirt out a bunch and then come down and say either everything's great, or give a huge expensive estimate for more work. Homeowners have no idea what they're doing because they themselves cannot get on the roof to see what's going on. No reason they couldn't do a small reshingle job, when they get $150 for basically nothing (their "roof tune-up).

Steve a thorough inspection from the attic and from the exterior, repaired all the issues and gave us extra life for our aging roof. It's one of the few home improvement things I've done that costs less than I imagined and I'm very pleased with the result.
