The service desk was great in setting up the appointment and the contractor was on time. He did a great job inspecting the roof and fixing a few details. He took pictures and performed a very honest assessment. What I like the most is that at no point they try to upsell you into something you don’t need. I will definitely use them in the future.

Howard arrived on time and took care of several problems on our roof, such as out of place shingles, nail pops, etc. We were shown before and after photos. He even crawled up into our attic, which has a very narrow access, to look for any additional issues.

Mark arrived right on time & explained to me what he would do. After he completed his initial review Mark showed me pictures of problem areas & explained to me what he would do. He then got back on the roof & took care of the problems. He also recommended we get an estimate for a new roof since our current shingles were becoming brittle. Mark was very professional.

Very well. The technician, Steve Lapp is very professional, thorough and spent the time explaining the issues with our roof and chimney and how it should be addressed. Already scheduled for the roof tune up next month!

The process went very well. The technician arrived on time for the appointment. He introduced himself as Marc Burkett and told me the about the tasks that he was going to perform during the appointment. Marc took pictures of the house and then proceeded to go up on the roof and inspect and clean the gutters and perform minor adjustments. He also inspected the roof. After cleaning the gutters, he then cleaned the area (deck) of the debris that came from the gutters. He was very professional and after the job gave me the credit coupon toward future services and his business card. I would use this company again.

Excellent! My technician, Chuck Fistek, was extremely professional. He explained to me what the cleaning and inspection would entail prior to performing the service. Once he completed the service, he showed me pictures of my cleaned gutters and pointed out items that didn't require repair at the moment but likely will in the not too distant future. In addition to this, late the same day I received an email with a link to the pictures of my gutters. This was totally unexpected and the first time that I have had my gutters cleaned that pictures from the pre- and post- cleaning have been provided to me! I would definitely recommend American Home Contractors. I truly appreciated the professionalism and thoroughness of the work performed by Chuck Fistek.

The contractor was very thorough. Unfortunately I cannot recall the technician's name, but he was very thorough, and also pointed out that my gutters had some debris - despite my cleaning them late November (thanks to weird DC area fall temparatures causing most leaves to fall only by December!).

He showed up on time, very conscientious in the house (use foot covers etc), was very quick, very polite and extremely knowledgeable. It was a bitterly cold day and I would not have been surprised to have had to reschedule but the job was done as planned. Would hire again.

It went very well. The appointment was set up in plenty of time in advance. The technician, Charles Fistek, arrived promptly and first informed me of everything he was going to do before going out to check the gutters. He returned with photos of the gutters and part of roof around the gutters showing the leaves in the gutters and some caulking issues and explained how he was going to fix it. He then proceeded to clean gutters and make repairs in a short time. He returned with photos showing clean gutters and the repairs made. All this was done in less than hour. What is really unusual and great is that he sent me an email the next day thanking me for using the company’s services and including a link to all the photos of my gutters and roofs that he had shown me. I have never had that kind of service before. I have already recommended this company to a friend in a nearby community. I have them a AAA rating.

After some phone calls back and forth, I scheduled a time with the office for the work to be done. The technician showed up on time. He cleared out some sludge from the gutters and reattached some gutter guards that had fallen off. Sadly, his diagnosis for the standing water in the gutters is that the house is crooked and that the gutters have already been adjusted with the maximum possible slope with respect to the house. That still leaves them with insufficient slope with respect to the ground.

My service technician arrived very promptly and was quickly done with the work once I explained what I needed. he was professional and courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning and repairs.

Mr.Charles Fistek was an excellent, professional, and honest technician. He came on time did gutter inspection tune up service on the third day after snow. He was cleaned, tightend and diagnosed my more than 18 years old gutter also explained every aspect gutter in detail with photo. I’m very satisfied with his work and will use this company again. Great. Very honest company. I thought for sure I needed a new roof and they'd come down and tell me it was time. Nope. I've got a few more years. Also did a roof tune up which I appreciated and gutter clean. All reasonably priced.
