Chuck was very professional and courteous. He performed a careful inspection and advised me for replacing the old roof system and they will work with my home insurance, so I agreed. He did make a temporary fix on purpose now so that my insurance can work out well. I thank him so much for his excellent work done and suggestion of the roof replacement through my insurance.

It went terrible. I paid for the tune up in December. The first guy who came out, Marc, was very good and thorough. He said he couldn't do the work because the gutters were wet and I'd have to wait at least 24 hours, probably more like 48 or 72 hours to dry properly for the work needed. So we had perfect weather for the next following appointment, but it wasn't Marc. And the other guy didn't bring his 40' ladder which was required. He also said that Marc didn't leave any notes, even though Marc spent about 30 minutes inspecting and taking pictures during the first visit. Strange. So we had to reschedule. There were a few reschedulings along the way, some due to weather but not all of them. We had our next appointment which was already late March and it was raining the day before. I called to reschedule and she gave me such a difficult time. She kept referring back to not being able to predict the weather, but the reschedule need was for weather that had passed, not weather to come. She promised to have the manager call me right away but it was one thing after another. Delay and delay and missed promises in the follow-up. It took so much of my time, and it seemed the best they could do was late April. Keep in mind that I paid for this in December. That's ridiculous, and they did little to nothing to make up for it.

The technician, Marc, was very professional and polite, took his time explaining all issues, and showed me plenty of pictures. All work was completed in a timely manner, and they left the area clean. Highly recommend and would hire again.

Bought a gutter tune-up special, there were a few problems initially with scheduling but everything was eventually worked out. My Technician Marc arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about gutters in general, provided pictures of gutters and recommendations to resolve some issues with my gutters.

Marc was very helpful and patient. He explained the status of the roof and gave me options. He was also very fast and got the job done without any fuss or distractions I would use him again for sure.

It was done very well and I am happy with it. He explained the quality of my roof shingles and what needed to be done about it.

The agent showed up on time. After seeing my insurance paperwork, he offered an "upgraded" singles and wanted me to sign on the spot. I insisted to talk over with my spouse but he didn't want to write down any details of the project. I sent him an e-mail next day trying to clarify his offer and warranty info but never heard back from him. Guess they don't want my business then.....

Went well. Very professional. Was impressed with the quality of their team. Will probably hire in the fall when higher priority projects are worked on and paid for.

Gutter cover condition was captured with pictures, issues explained, alternate proposed with estimate, and when I accepted, work was completed the next week. Pre-payment of gutter cleaning was applied to gutter cover replacement.

Howard was friendly and professional. He replaced the missing 3 tabs singles over the garage roof with architectural singles. The job was fast and efficient. Thanks.

The service person, Steve, was very nice and attentive. He took the time to explain what problem areas he saw on the roof and went thru the “before & after” repair pics with me. My only concern was that at the time of making the appointment, the extent of the type of roof repairs that could be made was not fully explained. But Steve did go the extra mile. So, if the service person is Steve Lapp, I would recommend this company was to others

I was really impressed with this company. Steve was very professional, took extensive pictures of my roof and gutters to explain condition, and did a thorough gutter cleaning and subsequent clean up of the surrounding yard area. Josh came out to meet with me and my insurance agent to discuss roof wind damage and helped negotiate an outstanding claim settlement. Based on these positive experiences and competitive pricing, I have hired American Home Contractors to take care of my complete roof shingle replacement and I look forward to working with them in the future.

The coordinator, who called and setup the appt, was proactive and helpful. The technician, Mark, was Rey professional & explained everything that he has seen on my roof after doing his inspection. He was supporting his finding with pictures taken. He also went out of his way to address them. I appreciated his work and I would definitely hire him and the company again.

Marc did a great job again fixing roof (shingles blew off in wind storm) checked over whole roof and nailed down loose shingles. Great deal on the price for small roofing needs. Other companies wont come out for small jobs. Will certainly be calling these guys when it's time to replace the whole roof.

A sales rep from American Home Contractors came out out to our house to provide an estimate for replacing our 2600 square foot roof. He took the time to thoroughly go over our options and materials available. We ended up choosing materials for the project that were similar amongst all of the companies we were comparing - GAF HD Charcoal Timberline shingles that carried a lifetime warranty, with Deck-Armor Deck Protection underlay. We also were interested in a Snow Cobra Attic Exhaust Ridge Vent since our attic gets hot in the summer. There was no pressure from the sales rep to choose certain products. He simply gave us the benefits of each and allowed us to make our choices. Their pricing came in on the high end; we had 3 other estimates. One competitor quoting us at $12,800 and two others at $9300 and $9500. AHC quoted us $11,900 cash for the shingles and accompanying materials, with an extra $1200 if we wanted the ventilation system. What I didn't really appreciate about AHC is that the sales rep would not give us a written estimate, just a verbal one, unless we signed a contract. He further tried to get us to sign something during the initial sales estimate by giving us a $500 discount. Since we had other estimates already lined up and I am not someone to make a decision on the spot, this did not interest us.

Marc was great! He was very thorough and explained every detail.before and after the job.

Went well. Steve arrived ahead of schedule and did an attic inspection, along with a review of the work to be done. He got up on the roof and did a thorough inspection, took pictures and reviewed those before starting the job. After completing the roof work, he showed me pictures of completed work and the repair completed. Thank you for your help.

I called the company two days before my appointment and asked if I could change my date and the woman in the office very nicely accommodated my request. Marc arrived today after calling me and telling me that his previous appointment took longer than expected and when he would arrive. I appreciate that. He did a thorough inspection of the roofs and gutters and had me walk around with him as he pointed out the problem areas. He went up on the ladder to clean the gutters and also took pictures. The pictures are very important to me because I had no idea the roofs had deteriorated as they had. He showed me the area where shingles blew off last week and need to be replaced. Marc was very patient explaining what he found and how it can be repaired. I will use this company in the future.

Roof tune up went exceptionally well! My technician, Charles F, provided outstanding customer service. He called me in a timely manner to let me know the time he would arrive. My appointment window began at 8 am and Charles showed up at 8am, excellent timing. He repaired my roof to my satisfaction. He showed me the before and after photos before he left. I was pleased that all work was done within the package price of $149. This was an excellent price according to the work performed. I plan to recommend American Home Contractors to other family members and friends who also experienced roof damage from the recent wind storm. Joann F.
