Marc was very responsive and educated me about the roof condition. He was easy to work with and got the job done swiftly. I would recommend him to others. I am very satisfied with both the price and the service.

Everything went very well. When Marc arrived, he did an excellent job in explaining any issues that needed to be resolved with both the roof and my gutters. He immediately inspected my roof and took pictures of the work that was performed. He also informed me of some issues of concern and recommended services that needed to be done. I will not hesitate to contact American Home Contractors for any future home projects.

They were a little behind schedule due to frequent rain but once started no questions and completed within the time frame.

The tune-up went well. Our technician was running late but called to let us know, and he performed everything thoroughly but in a very timely fashion. We got lots of pictures of the before and after state of our gutters, and of the condition of our roof. He made a heck of a mess (our gutters were NASTY) but he cleaned up after himself very well. We'll definitely have them come out again to clean and tune up the gutters next spring.

Ok at first but now water is coming the plastic and into my home he should have put the shingles up there instead

EXCELLENT!!! He was so great!! He took before and after pictures as he went along and showed them all to me at the end. He was knowledgeable, professional yet friendly and answered all my questions clearly. I actually enjoyed learning about gutters. Weird. He also told me about some roofing issues he discovered that need to be addressed but did not push his additional services/try to sell me more. I would definitely hire him again!

Marc Burkett arrived as scheduled and was very helpful and professional. I've rarely had someone take time to explain exactly what was to be done and also give extensive suggestions and options for future maintenance. He was a very conscientious worker and seemed to really care about his work. We were really impressed with his service and will definitely request him for any future roofing work. Thanks Marc for taking time to show us the photos and explaining everything so well.

I signed up for $99 Gutter tune-up. I had to keep switching the appointment but American Home Contractors was great about it. Finally got an appointment for Thursday 5/24. Chuck called me to say he was running early. He was very professional and through! Cleaned my gutters, showed me pictures, and talked about my roof and gutters and downspouts. I was very impressed with Chuck and have set up an appointment to get an estimate on replacing my roof!

Great! Marc was on time, took lots of pictures and explained his findings. He also dug my porch gutter out from the muclch, shortened it an reattached so it would run away from the house.

Mike Schepke did an excellent job! The time he took to explain the before and after photos to my mom was exceptional. You don't find a lot of people who care to that level anymore. Thank you Mike!

Roof Tune-up went well. I like the fact that they take pictures so you can see, however I would liked for the tech to show pictures better and explained. By the time I received them on email, I didn't remember what he had told me. I consider that something I learned along the way.

We are very pleased. We got several estimates - doors are much more expensive than we realized! All were in the same ballpark. We liked the sales guy, James Im, who also worked as our project coordinator from beginning to end. The installer, David Hong, came out to measure our existing doors and he must have done a fine job, because the new doors fit perfectly. We were concerned because one of the doors has some tiles around it that we didn't want to disturb, and during the installation the tiles remained intact. One door is called a ProVia and that is a very sturdy door that will act as a fire door. The other door was made by a different company but we are please with that too. We are happy to get rid of the drafts that have been so prevalent with our old doors. It did take a while for our doors to be ordered, built and installed but this was not an issue since we were away for several weeks. James kept us updated and said due to severe wind and storm damage this spring, their team was very busy. During the installation, David and his partner Milo were here all day to get the doors installed. We had to go out during the day and we trusted them to be in our house alone. We are satisfied with the work of American Home Contractors and would recommend them to others.

Excellent job by Will Moore the tech who did the inspection and cleaning. Neat and courteous. Explained everything thoroughly. Will be rescheduling for a roof tune-up.

Went Great!! Marc was very knowledgeable and verbal about what he was doing and how he was going to approach the task. I actually learned quite a bit about gutters. Thanks for sending a kind and knowledgeable person for the job.

Marc arrived and cleared the gutters... had area blocking water flow he successfully removed. He also knocked down a wasp nest.

I had American Home Contractors come out and perform annual roof maintenance. The tech they sent, Kager Johns, was a pleasure to work with. He arrived right on time, was professional, and took a good amount of time going over the condition of my roof and areas to watch out for in the future. Before and after pictures were taken to show the maintenance performed (caulking, boot collar, etc). The only improvement could have been in the way of pricing. The tune up included cleaning of gutters, but I live in an interior town home unit and my gutter footprint is minimal and clean to begin with. Price would have been even better if the gutters could have been removed in favor of a slightly lower price. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service performed and would hire Kager/AHC again.

Howard, the technician arrived on time and inspected our roof. He made three repairs including replacing a shingle that the tab had blown off in a recent wind storm. He seemed knowledgeable and provided a thorough report when the inspection was completed. Overall the service provided good feedback on our roof's condition and longevity.

Steve arrived right on time and did a thorough job. Because I had a wet spot on the ceiling, he went up to the attic to inspect where the leak was from. He then went on the roof and took pictures to show me the condition of the roof and the missing shingles. He went above and beyond what was expected. He cleaned up after himself and was respectful and courteous. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Marc Burkett was sent to replace a few shingles on my roof. Unfortunately, after his thorough inspection he informed me that I was missing more than 25 tabs. We discussed going through my insurance company for a repair. I scheduled a meeting for next week to meet with 1 of their project coordinators to assist with the process. Marc also did a thorough inspection of my attic while he was here. I am more than happy with the services provided.

Mr. Howard Shires was an exceptional exterior specialist. He was honest and called me when he on the way. He did roof inspection tune up service for my 15 years old roof also explained detail roof and gutter in photos.He emailed me an Inspection Report too. He done great job! Thank you very much Howard Shires.
