Description of Work: Howard was wonderful. He inspected my attic, roof and gutters. Howard secured one of my drain spouts, replaced screen on basement window, tacked down loose siding on the back of the house and caulked around my panels above the windows in the front. Excellent deal, excellent customer service and Howard was excellent.

Description of Work: Roof repairs and inspection by Marc Burkett a tune up tec, took photos on his phone for all problems, had a lot of heat cracks, think he may have found solution to bathroom bay window leaks we have had since we build this house. This was a big deal special and well worth it

Description of Work: Great experience. I purchased the storm damage tune up from Angie's list and got an appointment that was within 3 weeks which I expected. I expressed wish to be called if there is cancellation as I had a leak in my rental townhouse. The very next day I got new appointment that was within 3 days. My tenant was impressed with punctuality and communication. I got photos of the work done as well as recommendation what I need to do next. I intend to use them next time as well as when I need to replace the roof.

Description of Work: They tightened up my roof, but they were supposed to give me a report on the condition of my roof and $250.00 credit on any other work they did. I was not given a report nor offered the credit for any other work required. Now I have a leak in my roof.

Description of Work: Howard did an excellent job diagnosing our gutter issues. He then replaced the defective gutters and really saved the day!

Description of Work: Attic inspection of vents, insulation, and complete roof inspection to include gutters and downspouts. It was nearly 100 degrees and he took his time to make sure he covered all the bases. He took pictures of the downspouts and shingles to show me the condition and areas that might need future repair. Finally, Howard the roof tech was very professional.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list deal to clean out gutters. Then decided to get estimate on new gutters. They came when they said and gave an estimate. I will get another estimate but would consider them for sure.

He was able to repair the cracks, leaks, missing tiles and sealing around the vent pipes. We are going to use their services for some additional work as well.

I would also like to personally thank Frank who did the installation for his excellent work along with his helper, sorry I didn't get his name. Everything with well clean up was great couldn't even tell work had been done other then how beautiful the windows look. Thanks guys
