Description of Work: Clean out gutters, drove loose gutter spikes back in, inspected roof and attic. Recommended bracket inserts for keeping gutters close to edge of roof.

Description of Work: Services were provided via Angie's List Deal. The technician, Marc Burkett, was excellent. He arrived on time, carefully fulfilled each part of the service contract, clearly explained what was needed and could not have been more professional. We were very very pleased.

Description of Work: Person was very punctual. Did not clear gutters as they would usually do by hand with a ladder instead he ran our hose in gutters and flushed them. I was told her got all debris out.

Description of Work: Scheduled service, technician had a flat tire and didn't show up to see me. I called the service, who called me and he said I should get the tune up because it was a better deal. Bought the tune up and missed the call to schedule the tune up and called back 3 or 4 times during the week. Finally got someone to schedule tune up and they told me that they don't do flat roofs only roofs with shingles.

Description of Work: Replaced six skylights. This was a very good value. The workmanship was good, done on time. I downrated on quality because the skylights were larger than the opening, more than I thought, though I was told they would be oversized. Also I was not told in advance that I would have to pay for the several bundles of shingles to replace ones removed for the installation.

Description of Work: The Big Deal was a Gutter Tune-up Cleaning and Roof Inspection. Everything about the experience was very positive and professional from Lauren who called and set up the appointment to Howard the technician who performed the inspection and gutter cleaning. Howard arrived exactly on time and was courteous and thorough. He took photos with his cell phone phone and pointed out the problem areas both inside the attic and outside on the roof. He explained areas that the original builder had done incorrectly and answered any questions that I had. It seems that I need a new roof but there was no pressure. There was great value to this Big Deal. American Home Contractors is on the top of my list for the roof replacement
