Description of Work: checked and cleaned skylights. he resealed one skylight that had been damaged by a branch using aquarium seal. No leaks in subsequent storms so all's well. Cleaned skylights as stated using windex and a papertowel. However, that was totally inadequate. We provided him with a squeegee and a brush and he redid the skylights to much better results.

Description of Work: A technician from American Home Contractors came out as scheduled and performed the expected service. He inspected, cleaned and caulked around our three skylights. The service was great! They were very responsive and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. |

Although I appreciate constructive criticism of my home the worker immediately started by pointing out the numerous things wrong with my roof,chimney, gutters etc etc. I was taken aback by this bold approach. It would have been less jarring if the work had been completed and then we had an opportunity to discuss the areas for improvement on my home |Otherwise I had no issues

Description of Work: Gutter inspection and "tune-up". Went very well, the gentleman went over a lot of detail on how our roof and gutters looked and recommended what we should do. It was very informative and a great service for a good cost, especially since we purchased the house last winter and didn't have a god idea of the quality or status of the roof and gutters. Purchase included a credit towards future use and we will use this hopefully next spring when we start work on new roof and gutters

He was able to unclog my gutters so that water was able to flow through it again. He also provided me with a detailed Inspection Report along with a $500 coupon on my next home improvement project.
