Description of Work: No money provided. Services were performed. Gutters were not cleaned well. I took pictures and sent to service provider so there was clarity regarding my concerns. The provider was unresponsive and made no effort to come back to do a better job in the area specified.

Description of Work: The gentleman who came to check out our attic was on time and gracious. However, we had not been told before his arrival that according to HIPA rulings, he could not fully examine our attic without another person there. This is because, according to him, we did not have a floor to our attic. Had we known this information beforehand, we would have made sure that there were boards across the floor of the roof so he could go up there. What actually happened: he climbed a ladder; lifted the opening to our attic; looked around and gave us a "looks OK to me." |The price we paid through Angie's List was/is a good deal, BUT not for the lack of information and the quick look into our attic.

Description of Work: Initial purchase was made on Angie's List for Winter Roof Tune-up on November 13, 2015. Contractor contacted me to schedule appointment; 1st available was December 17th. Contractor advised that they were extremely busy with the promotion. On December 17th Contractor contacted me and advised that since it was raining they could not perform the service on that date. Next available date was January 20th; again citing extremely busy with the promotion. Contractor did offer to place me on the cancellation list if an appointment became available. On that same date, December 17th I received a notice from Angie's List where the same contractor was offering the same promotion. | |Since my roof did have some issues that could not be put off, I contacted a local contractor who was able to come out that day and take care of the problem(s). I fail to see how a "winter roof tune" would benefit me in the middle of January and chances were pretty good that snow would be on the roof by that date. I am also perplexed to understand how a contractor who is too busy to meet the obligations of paying customers continues to offer the same promotion. | |I will be requesting a refund from Angie's List. Extremely disappointed.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters, sealed end caps, reattached some downspouts to house. Also went beyond the Big Deal specs to help diagnose some water leaks.

Description of Work: Very professional, on time, and did a thorough job cleaning the gutters. He also cleaned up all the leaves on the ground that were blown out of the gutters, unlike the last company that we hired. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal offer. All went as planned and the service was completed. Several things were pointed out, and recommendations for future care was provided.

Description of Work: A gentleman named HOWARD was the person sent to do the work. Howard did an EXCELLENT job, particularly the inspection portion of this task. He took 'dozens' of photos of the inside of my attic as well as the exterior roof areas, gutters, etc. He took the time to point out trouble spots and we agreed to use his company's services to complete the task and make the repairs. My only concern is what may happen if Howard is not available for the next task - he did such a fantastic job I cannot imagine anyone who could do better. Thanks for a GREAT start !!!

Description of Work: The service was a gutter tune-up. It included a cleaning, maintenance adjustments and complete roof inspections. Howard the technician was great and explained all the issues in plain terms and offered suggestion for other maintenance that could be addressed under warranty by my roof installer. He also offered his assistance if the roofer had any questions about his recommendations. I was extremely satisfied with the work performed for the stated deal price.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Premium Roof Tune-Up, Plus $250 Project Credit. I didn't use them because we had water leaking and they couldn't get us in until Feb. 1st.
