Description of Work: Howard was excellent. He was very thorough and made several trips up onto our roof. He explained everything he was doing and even showed us pictures of our roof.

Description of Work: Howard Shires, American Home Contractors did excellent work cleaning my gutters, fine tuning the gutters, inspecting my attic and providing excellent and honest recommendations. He was very professional and I would most definitely recommend him for his services.

Description of Work: Very nice and professional. Problem was that I wanted it done much earlier in the winter and it was delayed because of circumstances beyond their control. In the end, it was so cold that he was literally chipping the frozen leaves and sludge out of my gutters and I hope that no damage was done to the gutters.

Description of Work: Tried to track down a roof leak and performed a general roof tune up. Couldn't find any clear indication of a leak but caulked up areas th hat were potential culprits. Nailed down loose shingles and caulked old vent pipe. Very professional and competent tech; would hire again.

Description of Work: The contractor is not keeping their appointment times for twice in a roll. First time, I am told he is sick. No problem. Reschedule. Second time, I am told that the contractor forgot my appointment. I said what time you can come on that today. He said he couldn't. So I am waiting for nothing. Then I got a response to say it is customer's problem. Not their problems. They cannot keep with customer's schedule. Totally untrue claim. My recommendation is that please stay away from this contractor.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters

Description of Work: The serviceman was on time and completed the work that I requested. I was a little concerned that the caulking would not be effective because it was so cold outside (Below freezing), but was assured that latex caulking was effective even in cold weather. It seems to have worked. We will really see once this storm comes this weekend. The repairman also explained the cause of my window problems.

Description of Work: It took a while to schedule, but they arrived when they said and did a thorough job in cleaning the gutters and providing a comprehensive check of the attic as well as the roof. Good job..
