Description of Work: it was a special deal to clean the gutters. my gutters were covered with covers which i asked them to remove, as birds had been making nests in them. removal of the gutter covers was not part of the deal but they did it anyway. i also asked if they could fix a gutter section that leaked, which they did. so they went beyond what they had advertised and i'm very happy with the job

Description of Work: Problems solved. When Jeff arrived he asked me about any roof problems and I explained what I knew about a couple of leaks. He went out on the roof, did a close inspection, and came back to ask more questions. Eventually, he figured it out and made some minor repairs. What impressed me most was that he investigated my situation without assuming it was the same issue as his two prior calls. Those calls involved leaks near a downspout. There was a downspout near my leak but Jeff did not simply think it was the same problem. He spent the time he needed to identify the problem and he fixed it. The second leak source was easier to identify and repair. |Also, I think that this is a well-run company. The main office called to inform me that one of their trucks had mechanical problems and that the other technicians were covering the calls. I was given a new time estimate which was met. |Now that the weather is warmer I need to schedule the gutter cleaning. I am confident that it will go well.

Description of Work: They installed new gutters and downspouts, and covered some gutters with leaf protection grillwork. The new gutters and downspouts work well.
