Description of Work: Had a few leaks coming from the roof. I waited to post a review until it rained to see how the repairs worked. The repairs covered by the inspection package fixed the leakage problems completely even with the high winds and torrential rains of last week. I would use this provider in the future.

Description of Work: They did a very thorough job of evaluating the condition of the roof shingles and deck; they sealed all exposed nail heads and vent/flue boots; replaced a few broken shingles; sealed a leak around the chimney flashing; and cleaned the gutters. | |A GREAT price for $149 for a total of about 2 hours work, a little pricey at the originally priced $550.

Description of Work: The Big Deal was for an attic ventilation inspection; we knew that some kind of remediation was necessary due to mold growth. AHC's inspector did a full assessment of the attic and discussed options with us. While he did suggest that it was time to replace the roof as well as have extra ventilation installed, we did not feel that we were being pressured. We appreciated the inspector's expert analysis, explained to us in a clear and friendly way.

Description of Work: Repaired and replaced several shingle tabs. Completed any necessary roof maintenence that needed attention, to include caulking, securing loose items, etc. Inspected attic and provided a complete, detailed written report of any findings that may need to be addressed in the future. The service technician was extremely pleasant and friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before leaving.

Description of Work: The provider did a through inspection of my roof both inside and out. He pointed out a problem that needs to be rectified quickly on some recently completed work. He also fixed two small problems that would have led to water leaks around the jacks on the roof; and answered all my questions.His manner was also very pleasant and sincere. I now feel confident that roof is ok for the near future.

Description of Work: I had them come out to investigate a leak that I had above my kitchen. While there Johnathan was able to determine that I needed some roof sheathing replaced which was not included in the deal, so he patched it up as best he could till it was repaired. I have an appointment now for an estimate to get it fixed. Johnathan was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.
