It didn't.
Description of Work: I needed an estimate on a hole in my roof for repair. They asked if it was $2500 worth of damage, to which I could not answer because I needed an estimate. They said that $2500 was their minimum and they couldn't help me. If this is the case, they need to clearly state this on their website AND here instead of an offer for $74 roof repair. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time calling.

Description of Work: $99. for Premium Gutter Tune UP and Cleaning. Transaction # 1272493.I Hired them on the 7-31- 2017, the money was taken out of my account on 8-1-2017 They were to come out on the August 29, 2017, but bad weather held them up. On 9-5-2017 the tech came out to take care of the gutters. He informed me that he was sorry, but they do not perform work on gutters that have Gutter Helmet. I did fill out a form letting them know that is what I have. Talked to 2 different reps and was told by one that her Boss will call me (no call yet), the other rep said she would go to Angie's to get me a refund, that was on 9-6-2017. Have not received my refund as of this date 9-11-2017
