Howard and his partner came and took a look at my roof. They were both very nice, professional, and explained things to me in frank terms so that I could understand. Great guys!

The service provider was prompt, very pleasant to work with. Provided a detail assessment of the condition of my roof and gutters that include pictures and a written report. A project coordinated followed-up within a just few days and provided quotes for the recommended work provided by the service provider. The front office staff was particularly responsive and followed up on all appointments and provided reminders of the appointments.

Mark Burkett, the tune-up tech, did a very thorough job of inspecting my roof, gutter, and skylights. He made a number of suggested improvements and repairs which I found very helpful. He explained he doesn't do estimates but someone else would follow-up. Gave me a coupon worth $250 off of future service of $2,500 or more.

Howard arrived exactly when scheduled, he checked the roof inside and out, documenting as he went. He found the problems we expected and was able to suggest a path forward. Throughout his work, I sensed an admirable old-fashioned professionalism. He did not attempt to sell me anything I didn't need as was very proper in suggesting multiple estimates while being very proud and confident of his own company's work. The end product was good temporary fixes for our leak problem and an intense full-page report of conditions and recommendations. I feel confident that following his recommendations will bring our roof up to full standards.

The tune-up tech was very professional and very thorough. He determined the leak was not from an exterior source. We have since determined it is a plumbing problem.

As I was leaving I noticed the home next to my Mom's shared the roof that was covering my Mom's house. So the next day I called the property management office and they told me they would fix the roof and address the damaged roof problems. So although we will not be using the American Home Contractors Inc now to I would definitely use them for future projects.

Marc B. came out and spent nearly two hours taking care of problems on our roof. I really thought it would be maybe 30 minutes since it was just a small leak. But he spent most of the time taking care of what seemed an endless amount of small problems. He took pictures of everything that required fixing. I would definitely recommend the company! I plan on letting my neighbors know about all the problems found on my roof since the houses are approximately the same age.

It went very well. He was very prompt and arrived right at 8:00 am and was perfectly in the time frame. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company. They are actually coming back to do an evaluation for me to get the roof and gutters replaced.

He did a very good job with some repair work but then said the entire roof will need to be replaced sooner than later.

Representative Marc Burkett did great job explaining all done and provided before and after photos. He made recommendations for additional repairs, which we are considering (no high pressure sales tactics). Completely satisfied.

They completed the gutter cleaning and everything went all fine. The guy went up the attic and he told me exactly that there are some things that I have to do to my attic to let air flow through it. He advised me about it and he tod me exactly what needs to be done. I was very satisfied with his job. He did a good job. The price was an acceptable price. They did pretty good. Everything is okay. They came on time and they were very courteous. They were very professional.

The service was good. The representative was timely and provided me pictures of my roof. He replaced 6 to 10 shingles and told me areas they are in good shape, and areas that could use further repair.

Howard was very professional and helpful in providing information that I needed. He made a thorough inspection of the attic and the entire roof. Made repair in one of the shingles. Made suggestions on the future needs of my roof. He goes above and beyond of his job. They removed the beehive on the side of my patio roof. I highly recommend them. Will use this company in the future.

Marc Burkett was on time, conscientious, and thorough. He spent a lot of time taking pictures of the work that had to be done, explained what he was going to do, and then showed me pictures of his completed work and his recommendations.

Mark was very knowledgeable about the work. He explained me what needed to be done and took care of things he could within this deal. When he came down he showed me pictures of before and after he sealed areas. He then helped me set up an appointment with an estimator for extra work needed.

The work crew arrived and within 45 minutes were finished; old gutters were removed, new gutters were installed, and the entire area cleaned up of debris. They also corrected the pitch of the gutters to ensure proper flow. In addition to their extreme efficiency, what was most impressive was that they did not disturb any of the flower beds surrounding the house! They took the old gutters with them for disposal. They left my yard cleaner than when they arrived as they used a leaf blower to help remove gutter debris from the driveway. The crew was friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. When you're ready to replace your gutters call American Home Contractors and ask for Nate.

Marc did an excellent job. Called me ahead of time per my instructions, arrived really and immediately went to work. He was here about an hour and a half. He completed the inspection and did some caulking where I had a minor leak. I recommend these guys and will definitely use them again

Wonderful customer service as well as professional service. The office called a day ahead to remind us; Howard arrived on time, was courteous and thorough in his work. He not only inspected inside and outside, but also took apart the fitting for cleaning; he also did a check on all the relevant roof work, cleaned up well, and was very knowledgeable and helpful in troubleshooting some other issues (gutters, drainpipes, general maintenance of exterior) we raised. We will definitely be calling him in the future!

Howard was great! He figured out why my gutters had not been draining as well as they should - when several other people could not. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me any unnecessary services. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend AHC. They were easy to get a hold of and followed up on their end to ensure date and time of appointment would be upheld. Marc Burkett was the tech who came out to the house and I could not be more pleased with his services and professionalism. I feel that he went above and beyond the tune up. Gutter on our new house had not been properly cleaned in quite some time and he removed all of the debris and did not leave a mess anywhere. He also added an elbow to one gutter and fastened to the wall a few others that were loose. He did a thourough inspection and provided feedback on what should be replaced or fixed down the road. At no time did he try to pressure me into replacing my gutters and simply presented what my options were. As a bonus he even put back one piece of siding that came loose. He could of refused as this was not part of the original service and he did not charge me more for it. Very pleased with the service provided and will use them again.

Marc found a leak that we've been trying to identify for a year. Apparently, the flashing had a giant hole causing water to leak down into our dining room. Marc fixed this and explained what other repairs may be needed. Great service for a great price!

Workers were excellent and worked quickly. Job was extremely well done. President of the company came out to ensure everything was going well. Couldn't ask for more. These guys aren't the cheapest, but they are certainly the highest quality. I'd use them again if I need any work that they do.

It went very well, the Tune Up Tech, Marc Burkett, was very informative about what he would be doing, He was very pleasant and business like. When he saw I need more shingles, than what would have been paid for in the tune up, he let me know what the added cost would be. He explained things so I understood and I liked that! My roof is about 17 years old, so I am having an estimate on what a new roof would cost, with American Home Contractors!
