My roof shingles will be replaced in a week or two; as long as the weather allows. Until then, I suspect the entire project will be done in a professional and timely manner. Stay tuned for the project's results.

The contractor responded quickly after we purchased the order. We were able to pick a date that was quick and convenient, especially since it is summer. The roof technician, Rodney Willey, was pleasant and professional, and took the time to explain everything to me once he finished his work.

Mark Burkett came out and cleaned some of our gutters which had become clogged with pine needles. He also inspected our gutters and roof, making note of several items to keep an eye on. He also provided recommendations for gutter guards to prevent the gutters from clogging once again, and recommended replacing damaged ridge vents on the roof. Mark also took pictures of his work, and sealed several exposed nail heads on some of the roof vents. We have scheduled this company to come out to provide an estimate to address these recommendations. We were very satisfied with the service and would use this company again.

.The work went very well. It was a job that other contractors probably would not do. I had a blockage at the entrance to the down spout at the top floor of a 4 storied town house. The blockage was removed, bit then it developed at the bottom of the down spout which was also fixed. The contractor also fixed the area around the-down spout so that the water would drain correctly and then chalked the entire area..I would certainly use this contractor again.....The workman was honest, courteous and went well beyond what had to be done. I am a very satisfied customer...!!!!

Marc Burkett was extremely helpful, as well as polite and professional. He inspected, showed me what needed to be done via pictures on his phone. Then he did it . I was impressed and would definitely use American Home Contractors again.

It was wonderful to interact and work with Marc, he arrived on time and finished the job in a very professional manner, He showed me pictures before and after the work was performed and explained each and every detail. He inspected attic and exterior of the building and advised me what need to be done. I would certainly request for his services again in future.

Marc Burkett (the Tune up Tech) called me the day of the appointment to give me the heads up that he was on his way to my house. he was courteous and professional and overall it was a very pleasant experience dealing with him . He inspected the roof and sealed up the spots that need it. He took pictures of the areas that needed repairs and what he did to fix the problems . Overall i was very happy dealing with the company and the tech and will certainly use them again . Marc was also very knowledgeable and patient when he was giving me advice on certain other projects i discussed with him.

The Premium Roof Tuned-up went very well. The install was very courteous and I appreciate the Technicians Service very much.

Overall it went well. Upon my purchase of the deal, Josh set up a time to come by look over the job. He went through all of their options and provided an estimate on the spot. They started the work a few weeks later and finished the same day. There were a few sporadic rain storms during the day, which left me concerned about the roof being exposed. Their guys said that the covered the roof with a tarp to prevent any leaks - but I think there may have been some spots where water leaked down the wall as the sky opened up rather quickly two times. Upon leaving, they cleaned up after themselves and went through the yard with a magnet. I did manage to find some nails that were left behind, but Josh said they would come by again and do another sweep of the yard.

Howard was timely, very respectful and courteous. He checked our attic and roof, took pictures and gave us his recommendations as to when we might want to start shopping around for a new roof. He showed us the areas of concern and patched what needed to be patched.

Work not performed. Have not yet decided what I want to do.

The roof technician, Howard Shires, arrived on time. We did an initial walk around of the house. I showed him a skylight that recently was leaking. He looked at all four skylights and caulked around the one that was leaking. He showed me photos of potential problems, and made suggestions to remedy them. We talked about mold in the attic. Howard was very thorough and answered all questions. Some time in the near future I will have the skylights replaced due to cracking of the rubber flashing around the old ones. Overall a good experience.

From beginning to end, they were very professional. I received a call within hours of purchasing the Big Deal from the scheduling department as well as an immediate email. The email indicated that if I didn't reply to all communications within three days the deal was considered cancelled. I thought this was very impressive and a good way for them to ensure folks are serious and not wasting their time. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Howard indicating the a previous appointment had cancelled and asking if he could come out earlier. I know how frustrating that can be on workers and crews and had no problems with them coming earlier. I am confident that if I said no, Howard would have stuck to the original time. When Howard showed up, I granted him access to the attic and showed him the minor water damage in the interior that indicated something was going on with the roof. Howard was very professional and after inspecting the attic and roof, he got down to the repairs which consisted mainly of sealing a half inch hole and shingles as well as the chimney flashing. When he was done we completed a checklist to indicate the status of key items such as roof, siding, ducts, etc. (very thorough). This afternoon, it stormed and rained quite hard...my moisture meter indicated that the interior spots where we previously had moisture were dry. I am very pleased with the services provided.

The roof technician Marc, arrived on time to perform the inspection and completed the roof tune-up. There were a few small items that needed some attention and they were fixed during the visit. Marc showed us the before and after pictures of the areas that were fixed. He even pointed out areas of the roof that weren't currently an issue, but may require some attention in the future. All in all, it was a very smooth, hassle free process.

I was very impressed by the work done by Rodney Willey. He provided detailed information not only on the gutters of a recently purchased home but also on some roofing issues that we will have to keep an eye on in the future. Rodney took photos and clearly explained what to look for and where. i am also very reassured about the quality and state of our current gutter system. It was well worth the money spent on this deal. At no time did he try to upsell anything, which is an indicator of an honest contractor. I will definitely call on them in the future.

It went fine. It was good. They were professional and were thorough. They guy that came out was very good.

Roof needs replacing, bad wood spots, and other work needs to be done due to age wear and tear

Tech was very thorough in his work and knowledgeable about the gutters. He also checked the roof, windows and doors and rated the condition of them. I appreciated his thoroughness.

We needed more work done and company said they would not do it. Feel they should of offered to fix all the problem and include the 125 we paid up front in fixing the whole problem. So feel it was a waste of money since now we have to hire another company to do all the work. I would not recommend this company.

American Home Contractors Inc came to my home. The service guy who showed up was unprofessional, there was no way to identify company as they approached my house. They did a partial job with the cleaning and also they did not check that the gutters were clean after the work had been done. After the work was completed the Service Provider gave me a list of repairs that he suggested needed to be completed this list was vague and unreliable to work that was complete on the day. The total of the extra work quoted was over $1600. I did not appreciate the hard sell on the extra work that needed to be done.

Checked roof for any needed sealing and sealed any holes, etc. Gave recommendations for future work. Good advice. Their "tune-up" tech Marc was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work and recommendations.

VERY good experience. Didn't try to sell me any additional services. Was completely honest about the results of inspections and did a thorough job of cleaning out our badly clogged gutters.

The technician Marc Burkett called ahead of time to let me know he was running a little late - I appreciated the heads-up. Also, in the weeks before after I had made the appointment, I received weekly reminders of the appointment. Marc was very professional, and did a thorough inspection of the exterior of the house, roof and gutters. He took a lot of pictures and later, sat down with me and went through the pictures and explained the condition of the roof and skylights. He was upfront about not being able to provide estimates (he said he was a technician and not an estimator and did not try to volunteer to do something that he said he was not qualified to do; again, his honesty was greatly appreciated). but did point out areas that needed replacement, things that just needed maintenance and other things that were just fine the way they were. He gave a $250 coupon towards future work over $2500, and facilitated setting up another appointment for an estimator to come and give a free estimate on things that Marc noted in his report. I will wait until the estimator is here to decide whether I will go with this company, but so far, I have had a very satisfactory experience and came away with the feeling that they were definitely not trying to sell anything or push anything on me, but just giving an honest assessment of the roof, skylights and gutters. I will definitely recommend them to my friends without any reservations.

The original roof technician was excellent in regards to the tune-up he performed and his professionalism. After researching other companies, we found the price to be very high in comparison.
