Great job by the technician, Mike G. Due to a canceled appointment, he was able to come out earlier in the day for my re-scheduled appointment. He was polite, patient and professional. He also reviewed pictures of my gutters with me after they were cleaned. He suggested future gutter maintenance and answered all of my questions without hesitation. From initial contact, AHC was professional and informative.

Although the visit had to be rescheduled three times, Chuck did a very good job and it was great to receive all the photos.

I've hired this vendor for three years to perform the gutter inspection and easy maintenance (a small price to pay to keep me off a ladder). The inspector arrived promptly and photographed what he saw. These guys are great and I'll hire them again next year for the same fine service.

Chuck returned when temps were a little higher so gutters could be cleaned. Provided roof maintenance as well - provided photos of roof, areas that were impacted and repairs. Good experience for a reasonable price ($250) for both services.

Came out, checked shingle and added nail and caulk, inspected the rest of the roof. Was polite, answered our questions.

The technician, Charles Fistek, was on time and professional. I was pleased with his service. He inspected and did minor repairs on my roof.

Mike G was fantastic. He was timely, polite, professional and did a great job. The first appointment was canceled due to weather but he came out the next week. He called 20 minutes before arrival and sent me pictures after the job was done. The gutters were very clogged. After he was done, they looked almost new. All debris was removed. I would call Mike G again and I highly recommend him.

I purchased the gutter tune-up. Howard called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule. He performed the gutter tune up, explained to me any issues that were going on with the roof, and provided me with before and after pictures. He did an outstanding job. I will definitely recommend.

Very well. I now have right-sized gutters for the size of my home/roof surface. The crew arrived on time and the work was done quickly. They also did some paint touch up in an area near the gutter replacement that would have been very difficult for me to reach.

They did an excellent job with their premium roof tune up. They were extremely professional and even recommended a service that is less than what I got next time. I would highly recommend them as well and I would hire them again.

From start to finish, these guys were awesome. John Roda sold the work and was so professional without all the BS marketing that you get with most outfits. I asked for three estimates and he laid out each one along with his recommendation. No pressure, just calm confident presentation. The crew arrived at 7:00 am and were cleaned up and gone by 5:00 pm. A guy named Nick was the crew chief and kept me informed every step of the way especially when additional (minimal plywood and fascia board) work was reqired. The roof looks fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased. Next project is siding and we will most likely go with American Home!

Chuck was exceptional. On time, professional and informative. The added value of pictures of the work performed 2016 and 2019 left me assured that the work had really been performed. He was honest about what did not need to be done and gutter work was delayed. I am more than pleased.

Great! Very professional and courteous

This is the second time we have hired American Home Contractors - the reason for having them again was because they were so honest and professional four years ago. Well, they are just as excellent now as before! Steve Lapp came out right on time (even called ahead to see if he could arrive a little early!), did a full inspection and made minor repairs, fully covered under the original inspection charge. He took extensive pictures, so that we could see all areas of the roof, and made sure we were satisfied with everything and that we understood everything. I couldn’t be happier with this company, and I recommend them highly!

Chuck did an excellent job on inspecting my attic and roof, caulking the places where needed, and taking many pictures showing me condition of the roof, gutter, and attic. I am very glad my roof is still in good condition after 15 years.

What I like most about this company is their professionalism and the high quality of their work. Their technicians are friendly. They take before and after pictures of your gutters and roof and they show you the pictures as part of a review of the service they perform. This provides a level of confidence and assurance that they performed the work for which I hired them, especially since I cannot climb onto my own roof to check that the work was actually performed.
