+ -1 moreGreat job begining to end. Estimate was right on target. Work looks great. Very please with everything. Job took a little longer than I was expecting and workers appeared to be working short days. However, someone did in fact show up each day and daily progress was clearly made. I was also no worried about this as this was a and quot;start up joband quot; coming offf the winter slow down. Workers were great guys who were very professional.
Description of Work: Rehab of exisitng brick patio.

+ -1 moreThe construction was drug out due to family emergencies, weather and other ongoing projects. P M and C worked well with me on this holding blocks and building material until needed. At times stalling on receiving payment until we had a better idea of what was needed. I had neglected to add geo grid, which was needed for a wall of this height, and they had a professional stop by and inspect the construction to decide if it would be stable or not. Then called me and informed me of this inspection along with advice of what would make it stronger.
Description of Work: I bought retaining wall block and gravel. I had never built such a retaining wall before and got excellent info and advice from P M & C. They also recommended places to inspect other walls for both good ones and bad ones for the things to stay away from.
