Appliance Doctor repaired our dryer within a couple of hours of our call. He was very friendly and competent. The price for parts and service very reasonable. I would heartily recommend him.

Washer stopped mid-cycle on Monday evening. Called Tuesday morning and made appointment for Wednesday morning for 10:30 to 12:30 window. Garry arrived at 11:00 and was as courteous and straightforward as you'd want for a repairperson to be. He diagnosed a faulty switch to indicate the lid is closed and set about installing a new one that he had on hand. Within 1/2 hour he was done and he was on his way. Easy-peasy. I particularly liked that he had on hand what he needed. Too often I have repairpersons come only to see them drive over to the hardware store for a needed part, something that should be on the truck. I'd hire him again in a minute.

He does not work on the brand I have. VERY honest man.

I was very satisfied with the service and the attitude of the company. I would definitely call them again.

He had to determine what to do- one trip Had to order parts and return to install the ice maker- trip #2 Had to return because something was not quite functioning correctly- a filter.

I called the Appliance Doctor and he scheduled an appointment with me to fix it the next business day. He gave me a time frame of two hours. I told him I would be working and asked if he could call me when he was ready to go to my home. He did call me when he was ready and was waiting at my home when I got there. He had the problem fixed within an hour! I went back to work with a smile on my face. I have used this company in the past and have been extremely satisfied with each visit.

Everything went fine.

It first broke right before Thanksgiving when we were expecting all 4 of our kids to come home. I was panicking about linens and all of the laundry that would need done. The Appliance Doctor came to my house the same day. I called and fixed the dryer so I could use it until he received the part that needed to be ordered. As soon as the part arrived, they called me back and replaced the part. He only charged me for one service call. I have used their services in the past, and I would definitely call them again!

They are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and they have great timing which we think is very important. They are very reasonable price-wise. Their quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are excellent.

His name is Gary Shoemaker. He is very good. He seems to be able to fix most anything. My daughter also uses him. I've used him many times over the years. He is a very professional young man. The cleanup was good. He was very personable and I liked his personality. I always wish it could be a little cheaper. I will absolutely continue to use him.
