After original inspection, a simple cartridge replacement was deemed to be the solution. When the work began, it was determined that the entire faucet had to be replaced. That required a trip to the store to pick up the faucet. The work was completed during the same visit.

They were here when they said they would be here. They called promptly and were courteous. They did their job quickly and were reasonably priced.

When I called this company to come check out the water heater, they got back to me same day and scheduled service for the next day. Communication that day was excellent. It turned out to be a replacement instead of a repair so the tech had to leave to buy a new unit. He recommended a more cost effective, smaller heater and I appreciate that. He returned shortly to install the new heater . He was polite, courteous and very efficient.

We have used Paul Bollinger since we purchased the home 18 years ago. In fact, Mr. Bollinger has done all the plumbing work in the house since it was built 40 years ago. The company is reliable, efficient, courteous, and does quality workmanship. Just as importantly, you can always count on them to be there for you in an emergency!

mr. Bollinger came over and we looked at several repairs i needed. then he priced all the stuff and when he got the parts, 2 guys came and installed all the parts.

I have used them for all my plumbing needs for 10 years. Excellent all the way around.
