+ -1 moreUnfortunately, the wood became all warped. When we called him back to have him fix the work, he refused to call us back. Then we found out that he lost his insurance. Ultimately, we have a wheelchair ramp that isn't safe.
Description of Work: Built a wheel chair ramp on the steps and into the house.

+ -1 moreGreat. Chris was professional and honest. He provided us what we needed at a reasonable cost.
Description of Work: I had two window issues on a home inspection. A cracked basement slide window, and a double hung that would not stay open Chris replaced the cracked window. Chris tried two options to repair the other window, but neither worked. We were able to negotiate with the buyer rather than replacing the window.

+ -1 moreWhen I look to hire someone to do work for me there are three basic minimum requirements: Respond to my voicemail promptly, honor your time commitment (be on time), and be knowledgeable about the subject matter. Chris is all three. He arrived on time every time he said he would be here. He offered suggestions to save me money. He finished the job ahead of schedule. If you live in Baltimore County and are looking for an honest, trustworthy, and capable handyman look no further. This is a good guy to know.

+ -1 moreWe had a couple of emergencies over the last couple of years with aging parents and Chris delivered every time. He is a great guy to know. He is skilled, responsible and easy to work with. I don't think I would have survived the last few years of constant change and stress without Chris. My husband is a commercial contractor and he depends on Chris as much as I do and he is very picky.
Description of Work: Chris has been our go to person for many projects over the last five years. He does it all. He has helped us downsize our parents longtime residences and our own. He has built fences, decks, bathrooms, kitchen floors, wall repairs and painting, minor plumbing, and hauled a lot of stuff. He is a good, honest and hard working man. He is reasonably priced and very responsive.
