Description of Work: TriState replaced the three systems in our home. Two were furnace and A/C units; the third was a heat pump. | |The work went very smoothly. Some parts did not arrive by the scheduled installation time, so we agreed on another date to complete the job. Further, working with the business office was painless and pleasant. | |So far, the systems have worked as advertised. However, a complete assessment of such a project isn't realistic until we've gone through a full calendar year.

Description of Work: They did two separate jobs for me using two different "teams": (1) replaced A/C coil and outdoor unit, (2) replaced 3 toilets. They were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They came when they said they would and did Grade "A" quality work. I will definitely use them again for any Heating, Cooling or plumbing issues I have. The only reason I gave them a "B" for price was because the toilet installation seemed high. It almost seemed as if they charged me installation price 3 times for one visit. They charged me exactly what they quoted so I wasn't surprised. I didn't question the costs because they did such a good job on the A/C that I was glad to use them again. Also, I did not do a cost comparison so it might just be my lack of knowledge with plumbing costs. However, the person installing the toilets did a great job so I don't have any complaints (i.e. I will use them again:).
