Called at 7:30 am because the a/c stopped working in the middle of the night. Was promised a repairman in the next 45 minutes. He arrived thirty minutes later, found and fixed the problem and was on his way to the next job thirty minutes after arriving. Courteous, cheerful and effiecient. I would definitely call them again

I emailed this company at 3 am, explaining that my house was like an oven and needed help. At apprximately 0800, a nice woman called and said a repairman would stop by the same day between 12 - 5. The repairman arrived at 1215. He was polite, knowledgeable, and dressed in tri-state uniform for easy identification. It took him about 2 hour to fix the air codition problem, which was inside, but he also checked the outside unit to ensure it running approiately. my house is very comfortable again.

Both were punctual, courteous, professional, and knew what they were doing. I had used them previously for an estimate and have had a positive experience each time. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Their prices are the most reasonable I've found. They called me about the work on the 14th, said they had over-charged me and would be sending me a refund check. The office personnel are helpful and friendly. Can't say enough good about this company.

It turned out very well. They did a good job. The estimator that came out was very knowledgeable and provided valuable information.

At first, I was disappointed in the work but I believe that was because we had an incompetent builder (Viands Construction) who had no idea what he was doing. I believe Tri-State delivered what they promised in a very difficult situation and were extremely professional. In addition, the service provided after the installation was amazing. In fact, the reason I am submitting this review is because Tri-State has bent over backwards to make me happy and keep these systems in top condition. Mike Norwood stood behind his work and his technician is one of the most honest people we worked with on the project. I would happily recommend them and look forward to a long relationship with this company. Thank you for your efforts in helping us build this home!!!

GREAT! I told Mike this was my first home ownership experience. He gave me a really good education about the furnace, air flow, filters, furnace cover, air returns, and such. I asked a ton of questions all of which he thoroughly answered. I really learned a great deal from him. He was very focussed in spite of my questions and very efficient. It's clear he cares a lot about doing a good job and he cares about client's concerns. They accepted my Angies List coupon.

Saturday, of course, our heating system began to make a great deal of noise and was not heating the house correctly. Tri-state's on call tech returned our call promptly, asked some questions and concluded that the system would be ok until Monday. This saved us $100 for a weekday vs a weekend call. On Monday the tech arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and recommended that the pump be replaced with a newer type of pump. The work was completed the follow day. They arrived on schedule and completed work within 3 hours. The house did not even have time to cool off. They left the work area clean and a supervisor stopped by to make sure everything was satisfactory. The new pump works great and is much much quieter than the original. I will definitely use Tri-State for our next heating or AC service and recommend them highly.

A crew of 4 men came to do the job. They showed up on time and was very thorough with the examination of the project and the work that was done. They did a great clean up afterward. They gave me options as far as the type and size of the units they had available for the size of my home. I had called around and their prices were very competitive.
