The service was very good. They were professional and on time.

Topper employees arrived early, did a fantastic job and corrected our problem in minimal time. They also cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.

Called to set-up for this company to come out and give us an estimate for a new roof. The morning they were supposed to come they called to say that no one from their Eastern Shore branch could make it out. So they rescheduled. That happens, I guess. When the guy did come out, he didn't ask many questions at all. I'm very curious to see how he's going to come up with an estimate when he has no idea of what we want. It's Tuesday and we still haven't heard back. We had another company come out as well and they went over everything with us extensively from the shingle type down to the fascia and gutters. We already have our quote back and we're scheduling them to get started. Disappointed in this company because they had great reviews and are actually GAF certified.

I thought they were just amazingly professional. We were concerned about our roof. They said the roof was fine and listened to the problem with our gutters. I would recommend them and use them again!

I had good work with them. There were times that it was difficult to get them to come back out to do follow-up work on the house. They could improve on their responsiveness, but it has been quite a few years now so who knows what the management situation is at this point. It just felt like they weren't interested in a continued relationship consisting of maintenance. It seems everyone wants the big projects, but not the small jobs. That was just the impression that I got years ago.

They were fantastic! I can't speak highly enough about them. The price was excellent and they were professional. They did the whole job in one day! They cleaned up the lawn with a magnetic device. They had a translator for the crew that made sure everyone knew what to do. My builder had left some tar paper off and Topper Construction, with no problem, took care of this. We were very pleased with them.

They were great! They worked quickly and they were very good with keeping things neat and tidy while tearing off the shingles. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I received a fair quote, with options for different shingle types and the benefits of each. I was also told that i could go 1 more year with my existing roof. I'll be calling Topper for a new roof next spring.

I was pleased with the work. I didn't have any problems. Again, if I saw anything that I questioned in any way, they took care of it. They're easy to work with and talk to. They got back to me quickly. The job was done very quickly.

Work is not completed yet. I have used them in the past and found them to be reliable, on time, and considerate of my property. They cleaned up and made sure they did not cause any damage to my gardens or yard. They did very good work which has held up over the years.

He did check the other parts of the roof to check shingles for damage. He walked around the sections he did not repair to make sure everything was good and I was pretty happy about that.

We were pleased with their service. They were efficient and we had no complaints.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HONEST, IF THEIR IS A PROBLEM THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
