SUBURBAN LAWNS & LANDSCAPE

I left two messages at 301-237-8496 at 11 AM Friday May 3rd and 6 PM Wednesday May 8th and today is Monday May 13th and I have not received a single return call. He's either too busy or has no business acumen regarding customer service.

I made an appointment by phone for them to come out and give us an estimate for landscaping work. They never showed up or called. Wasted my time.

I liked working with them. I just haven't have any gardening needs lately.

Suburban Lawns is very good. They have good prices and they can do a lot of different things. Everything they do is reasonably priced, Suburban Lawns is a good lawn and garden place. I have used them for several years now.

They are great. They charge $25 a week for the lawn cutting, for landscaping I get a bid. They do all kinds of little stuff when they are here. The last time they fertilized my lawn, I was thinking I was going to have to go and do it then I walked out to the lawn and it had been done. They also pick up debris and branches an also do our leaf blowing. They are great. The owner, Joe, really takes pride in his work and a job well done. He's just a really nice guy. He's not the cheapest around, but he's definitely the value for the money that we've found. I am probably going to have him do snow plowing for me in the winter.

He was recommended to me and he is top notch. His prices are very reasonable and he goes out of his way to satisfy the customer. He is very personable.

Wonderfully! Joe is extremely professional, and obviously takes great pride in his work. He's helped us go a long way towards recovering from a previous landscaping disaster. He came out the day after I called, gave us an estimate and started work within days. He had a great suggestion for a new pathway (cost a bit more, but worth it). They're very careful to clean up after themselves. We couldn't be more pleased. We actually were worried that we weren't paying enough for the work that was done, so paid him a bit more at the end.

They did a terrific job. We had a disagreement with the boss, but he did a beautiful job. He did a lot of the work by his own initiative because he knew that we would like it, and he was right. I just love the job that they did on my yard.
