 + -1 moreA horrible experience overall. The customer service of this small group is terrible - with a "we are right - you are wrong" attitude. All along the way there were undisclosed costs - that added a considerable expense to the work- in addition to steps that were not disclosed in the initial consultation. I am glad that I bought my tank - I have the option of going elsewhere for the has now.
