Brian came on schedule to measure the project. After which he provided us with an estimate which was detailed and easy to understand. After we had compared their estimate to the others we had obtained we found they provided more product and warranty for less money. We contacted with them for the work and were given a start date two weeks out. When they had a change in their schedule they asked if it was okay to move the start date up a week. With our okay they had materials delivered on time and work started on time. As the were finishing the job they pointed out a mistake they had made on the gutters. They gave us the option to take a discount or have them redo the work. We chose to redo the work and it was completed on time and correctly. Overall we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Work was completed on schedule and on time. They had a supervisor on site at all times and left the area clean. The roof and gutter look great!

It was fabulous. They did an excellent job. They did good work, they were on time, they cleaned up behind themselves, and it looks gorgeous. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I will probably have them do my siding next year.

We were extremely pleased from the beginning with Lance from Semper West. They were recommended to us by a friend. We really liked that Lance came out, met with us, measured and gave us the estimate in one short visit. (others had taken hours of our time and given us the high-pressure "sign with us today" bit) Lance drove by the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were delivered correctly. When they came to do the job, Lance was the first one there in the morning, making sure everything was ready for the 8-man crew. The crew got right to work and did so fast and efficiently. They carefully moved any deck furniture so it wouldn't get damaged, put drop cloths over the landscaping so nails etc wouldn't get caught in it. Lance remained on site as the project manager and ran any necessary errands (plywood, etc so the crew didn't have to stop working) and was the last one to leave after he made sure the site was clean and that we were satisfied with the job. You don't find this level of caring, personal service anymore. I have already recommended them to several neighbors and friends. Excellent job!

The project manager, Brian Carpenter , responded quickly to my request for an estimate and visited my home allowing about an hour for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, including the ones I didn't know to ask. I was given a detailed estimate and ultimately hired them to do the work. Materials were delivered to my driveway on schedule and the work began and ended on schedule. All debris was cleaned up as though they were never there. I received frequent progress reports from Brian all along the way so I always knew what was going on. The cost ended up going up a little bit from the estimate due to unexpected plywood repairs, but that is typical on roof jobs and Brian had already warned me of the possibility. The gutters are magnificent and made the house look ten years younger. All of my visitors commented on how nice they look.

Brian is very professional and does not use high pressure sales tactics. Installation of my new roof also was very professionally done. They covered flower beds and deck to protect them and ran magnetic rollers in lawn to get any other nails that may have fallen. I wish every purchase I make could be handled this way. You won't find anyone better to replace your roof.

I feel fortunate to have come upon this company. My first and primary contact with them was through their Project Manager, Lance. Lance prepared an estimate right away. The price was great; more than fair; very reasonable. In fact, as a side job, the crew also performed a minor shingle repair, free of charge. Lance, who is rather personable, was very professional and courteous throughout the process. When we discussed shingle color, it had not occurred to me to research the color and type of shingle on my roof, in advance. We were close to finalizing arrangements to schedule my job, when I gave Lance one of my old, fallen shingles. We realized that, colorwise, the shingles the company had planned to use, would be too much of a discrepancy. The very next evening, when I came home from work, Lance had discovered a shingle that would be a great match for my roof ; and, he had left a sample board, at my doorstep. This extra effort was greatly appreciated. Lance and Semper West scheduled my job shortly after we finalized our agreement. The crew completed the work in less than a day, including clean up. Kevin, second in command, after Lance, demonstrated impressive efficiency, as he and the other crew members navigated around the top of my three-story town house. The roof looks very nicely done. We asked for estimates for the 3 jobs listed above ( new roof, insulated siding, new gutters (with covers) and downspouts.) One company came out within 10 days to give us an estimate ( we waited another week for the estimate), the second company took 2 weeks to respond to my request for an estimate ( and then gave us one w/in couple days); I called Brian Carpenter from Semper West, and he scheduled an appointment within 2 days. He even called the AM of the appt to tell us he was running about 20 minutes behind schedule...how often does THAT happen? Not only that, but after taking measurements, he sat in my kitchen with his laptop and gave me 3 detailed estimates for the 3 jobs I requested. (We asked the 3 companies to break down their estimates for the 3 jobs so we could compare apples to apples.) After digesting all 3 companies' estimates for comparison, we decided that although Brian's estimate was a bit higher than the other 2, by the time we sat down with the other 2 companies and they added the details Brian included in his estimate, all 3 estimates would be close. We used a coupon from his company's website (the first time ever, he said?!), he lowered his price just a bit and we struck a deal. We scheduled this first job (the roof) w/in 2 weeks; he called the day before our scheduled job to say what time the crew would arrive, how long he thought the job would take, he would come too, for the start, then another project manager would be on-site to manage the job. The crew worked hard all day and cleaned up very well for a messy job. So far I extremely pleased and felt we got good value for the work done. After the next 2 jobs, we may use them for another project...
