Highly recommend. They make the whole process very easy. Shower and bath tub turn out great! The installer stayed as long as I took just to make sure my bathroom is completed . Very happy with my experience with Renken!!

We contracted for a tub to shower conversion to accommodate our aging legs and hips. The initial install was completed in good fashion but was missing and acceptable threshold in front of shower. Our project manager, Joe, responded professionally to our concern and personally came back to install a beautiful marble piece. Very good customer service.

The workers go the extra mile. They were very clean. The head worker came back the next day because I thought I had scratched the glass on the shower doors. He returned and checked them and washed them for me. Customer service is excellent. And it was completed in one day.

We had 3 bathrooms remodeled to replace tile with solid surface material. Our crew chief was Hector and he was amazing! We had one small issue afterwards and he came out and fixed that right away. Everything looks so good!

This is a very reputable and professional company. Their workers are excellent, friendly and clean up each day they leave so well you wouldn't know they were there. Their processes are reasonableI. And we will use them an any job we have in the future.

My new shower replacement went very well and I would rate it a 5, assuming that is the good end of the scale. I was very happy with the available selection of materials, the availability of custom sizing, and the overall interaction with the planner. I appreciated the ability to reschedule after a 19 hour power outage collided with the first attempt to install. When they came back the shower installation team did a beautiful job and made the extra effort to keep the house clean while they worked. They did all the work in under a day. The glass installation team was just as professional and efficient installing the frameless glass sides and door. The finished shower is beautiful and everything I hoped for when we started. Many thanks to all involved! I recommend Renken Remodeling to anyone looking to upgrade a bathroom.

The installer, Hector Silva, is friendly and great. He did a wonderful job installing a new tub in my guest bathroom. Hector went above and beyond to resolve my plumbing issues.

Jacob came out to service our newly renovated tub. He arrived on time, was very responsible with his social distancing and mask wearing, he immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly came up with a solution. Jacob quickly resolved our problem and assured we would be fine going forward. This is the second time we have been lucky enough to work with Jacob and can't recommend him enough. He is knowledgeable with his craft, trustworthy and someone that we can count on to take care of our home repairs. I highly recommend working with Renken and would ask specifically for Jacob going forward.

We absolutely love our bathroom remodel from Renken Remodeling! Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days and these guys really nailed it. Our before and after is night and day, I really feel like I have a luxurious bathroom for a great price! Thank you!

Pictures of their **work** are attached. Avoid this company at all costs. In addition to the product pictured, they did not acquire the permits required to do the work legally, and the person they sent... credentials are provided in picture form. See for yourself! They charged me over $13,000 for this! Yes... the pictures of splattered blobs of adhesive goop and the scrap wood shim are from inside the huge gap (pictured). This is truly an inside look at how this company seals their materials to the baseboard or whatever seems cheapest for them... At least in my house. I have to figure out how to post photos, they are pending.
