When he was finished, viola! All the algae and mildew was gone, which means my HOA will stop bothering me. My siding looks great. I have always cleaned and stained my own deck. My power washer quit on me so I decided to try a service. I did a lot of research and got a lot of quotes and decided to go with Pro Washing Services. They not only had the best reviews, but they gave me the best price. I think I am a customer for life. Very conscientious. Explained what he planned to do before proceeding. Gutters were unplugged using ladder, hands, and power washer. Minimal walking on roof. Took considerable time cleaning siding. Looks beautiful. Protected plants near house foundation from cleaning solution by rinsing plants before and after cleaning siding. Power wash system easily reached to top of siding on third floor from standing position on ground. Maintained social distancing and wore mask during conversations. No hesitation on hiring again.

Worked by himself....and did a good job to clean gutters...... Also put pressured water down the downspouts and cleared away unnecessary filters that had clogged flow. Also he primarily does washing and gave me estimates for some roof cleaning and lawn material pressure needs.

The results ae great and the siding looks like new! We had gotten a deal deal of green algae on the back of our house this year but the cleaning system that was used removed it completely. Also note that all plants were cared for (covered or wetted before and after). This was needed to protect them from the cleaning agents. I prefer this method since it does not require damaging high pressure water to do the cleaning. I highly recommend this company and service.

A better cleaning than I did recently, just a matter of spending $$$ to get that service. On time professional and quality service.
