John was very knowledgeable, explained what the issue was (drain flys), and had the proper remedy for the issue . The problem was corrected (my use of home remedies didn't work). I have dogs so it was important that his remedy was dog safe. I also had a small mice problem (which I did not mention on the original call to him), and John came back to the house to address this issue at no additional costs. I highly recommend this service
