When he came out, he gave me a price before he did the work, which I liked. He cleaned out the drain very well. He didn't want to give me a warranty because of the age of the pipes. I wish he'd told me that before he did the work. If he had, I wouldn't have hired him. After fighting him on it for a while, he finally gave me the warranty. It's pretty obvious that the pipes in my house are older, and I feel that he should have told me from the very beginning that he could not put a warranty on the work.

I called the company the day prior of service, and a lovely receptionist answered the phone to take my information. She said a technician would be at my home the following day between the hours of 8-12. I explained that I had to leave at 9:00 to pick a relative up from the airport, and if there was anyway the technician could call when he was in route. She said they always give a 4 hour window but the technician could call approx 1 hour prior to arriving so I would not loose my appointment slot. So the tech called as I was coming from airport, and said he would arrive at 11:30. When he arrived he was well groomed and smelled good, he also had shoe covers upon my request. He diagnosed the problem and presented me with a quote to snake my sewer. After snaking he explained how it happened and he also provided me with a warranty for the work. The one thing I like the most is that this company offered me 20% off the total bill, they say this is for every customer so I saved $100.00 as well.
