They did a really steller job. They used magnets to pickup excess nails. They stayed in touch with us all of the time to let us know which crew would show up. They were careful about matching the existing gutters that were around the community. They stayed in touch via email. They gave us the best deal. They gave us a ten-year warranty on all materials and labor.

It was pretty good. His was the best quote. Also military discount and Angieslist discount.

They completed the work well and quickly and fixed an issue with siding that we were not aware of at no additional cost.

Very well: came promptly to diagnose problem and estimate work, gave oral estimate at conclusion of diagnosis, followed up with written confirmation by email. After acceptance, work was scheduled promptly and done on the day and time agreed to. I held off writing this review waiting for repairs to be tested by storms. After several drenching rainstorms I can say that the repairs fixed the leaks and held up in storms.

The installers arrived just when they said they would and got right to work. We were not charged a penny until the work was completed and we were satisfied. We are very happy with the job

It went really well, PJ's kept us informed about the progress of the work being completed and left the job site spotless once done. Rod was professional and answered any question that we had throughout the installation. We would strongly recommend them and would use them again.

PJ showed up at exactly the time he said, made quick work of the repair, and even cleared some debris from the roof's cricket without being asked. I couldn't have asked for a better service call. He even gave impartial advice on repairing a gutter problem. I'll definitely call them first whenever I need a roof repair. And his price was the best around.

PJ's is a model of what a contractor should be. We needed PJ to work us into their schedule on short notice because of other work we were having done that required the roof to be done first. Their recommendations were smart. Contact with the office was efficient. The work was done quickly and professionally, They worked on the weekend when weather interfered with weekday work. It was a pleasure doing business with PJ.

Great. My roof is so pretty compared to the old one plus the covered up holes I had in the roof with plywood before they put the shingles down. Also, changed spouting which really needed to be done.

It was the best home repair we've ever experienced. We've been in this home 20 years and have had countless repair companies with varying degrees of success. PJ gave us a great price, gave us great suggestions that we had not thought of, scheduled it quickly, and arrived exactly on time. His crew was wonderful. At the end of the shingle removal on day one, EVERYTHING was cleaned up and all the debris was gone. They accidentally let the dog out and then killed themselves to get him back. The job was completed on time with no additional or hidden costs. It went amazingly well. I cannot even express how happy we are with the work. I guess it's because we and everyone is so used to the opposite experience, that I am still shocked.

After considering at least 2-3 other Angie?s List recommendations, we ultimately hired PJ?s Roofing to install a new roof on our home. The existing roof had a second roof installed in 1996 but the previous owners had not changed the flashing when they installed the second layer. After discovering a significant leak during a particularly rainy weekend we determined there was no option but to replace the roof rather than pay a few hundred dollars to repair the existing structure knowing that we would still need to replace it in a few years. We could not have been happier with PJ?s workmanship. They sent a crew of approximately 10 workers including PJ the owner and had 95% of the roof installed in one day including removing the existing roof. Of note, we have a very large roof surface area- 3 levels, each one almost the size that could cover a small rambler?We also had gutter guards and sun tunnels installed as well and they did a fabulous job. There was no drama, there were no miscommunications, no surprise price changes and the gardens and lawn were minimally impacted if at all. The workmanship is flawless and the house looked so much better. Several of the team also went over and over the area numerous times collecting all dropped nails and other debris. We have only found one to date- not bad!! A young couple we know very well also had PJs install a roof a few days later and they had nothing but praise and great reviews for PJs as well! We would highly recommend PJ?s for anyone contemplating a new roof. Service, reliability, quality hands down.

BEAUTIFUL WORK!!! I'm a perfectionist and even I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Fast, professional, cleaned-up when finished, and a very courteous work crew. My mother-in-law loves the new roof on her house. I would use PJ's Roofing again in the future if ever needed...highly recommended, and without any reservations! Thanks for the excellent job!!!!

I am very impressed by this company. They were prompt to the job site. They were professional, hard working and did a wonderful job on my new roof. This team is solid and works so well together, it was amazing to watch them in action. And just to add, when they left there was not a trace of them being here, and if you saw the debris from my old roof, you would understand how amazing that really is...I truly love looking at my new roof, and could not be happier with this company for their amazing job!

PJ and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They kept everything professional and were very friendly to speak with. His crew cleaned up everything as promised and the roof looks fantastic. I would recommend PJ any day of the week when it comes to roof replacement.

Our contemporary house is rather unique and PJ discovered after removing the shingles that there are steel beams traversing the central part of the roof in several locations, which would not allow proper venting if they did the roof in the traditional way. PJ was able to design a system where they installed small roof vents going across the roof in several locations so that it would vent properly. So for the first time since the house was built over 30 years ago, the roof is being adequately vented. PJ and his staff were very punctual, easy to talk to, hard-working and corteous. It took them longer to complete the job than expected, but there was no increase in the agreed upon price. They were able to keep some of the insulation versus replace it all, which helped offset the cost of the vents they put in. They came back several times to put the finishing touches on the skylights - including making sure our skylight blinds were working to our satisfaction. A real class act from beginning to finish. We highly recommmed PJ and his hard-working crew.

PJ's Roofing offered a fair price. it was not the lowest, but PJ projected a level of competence and professionalism that made us comfortable. we had two quotes lower and several higher, one nearly 4x his quote.due to the advanced degradation of the roof on the house we just bought, PJ himself was on the job the whole time. He was great to work with and patient with a home owner that was on the roof a lot.

Mr. Nicholson astounded me with the generous amount of time and travel he provided in order to gain my confidence after having more than one negative encounter with contractors. His experience in the roofing business meant that he knew and communicated with my neighbor?s roofer to reassure her that I had chosen a well respected company. PJ?s installed my roof, chimney chase and attic vents exactly as proposed. PJ and his crew worked efficiently and kept me informed during all phases of the project. They cleaned my yard and the neighbor?s yard several times during the day. PJ?s pricing is very fair. PJ willingly returned to clean and re-attach a gutter. A big plus is that PJ?s does not use subcontractors and always returns your calls or emails. Paul Nicholson is as patient, capable, skilled and honest a contractor one can hope to encounter.
