+ -1 moreJen D has been our sitter for several years. She is punctual, reliable, super smart, and we love her. She feeds, cleans the litter, and gives both of our cats their medication. One cat has diabetes and needs insulin injections. The other one gets a pill of phenobarbital for his seizure disorder. This company is the best company I’ve ever worked with for any Service of any kind! When they’ve been emergencies and I needed someone to come because I couldn’t get home, they’re always able to send someone. I could not have cared for these two cats with my crazy schedule without this wonderful company!

She's never had a sitter before so she was a bit hesitant and shy at first but warmed up quickly because they are just that loving and sweet. I know she absolutely adores them which makes me so happy to have them both. ❤️ The company itself has been very easy to work with and the pet portal makes scheduling and info sharing a breeze. + 4 moreWe feel so lucky to have found such a great service to take care of our beloved Goldendoodle, Charlie, as well as our home. Charlie loves everyone at Pet and Home Care who's taken care of her which includes daycare, a variety of grooming services, walks, really anything we've ever needed or wanted for our beloved pup. They are so sweet and caring with Charlie, I sometimes worry Charlie likes her PHC friends more than us! PHC has also provided excellent services to help clean and maintain our home. Our lives can get very busy, but Tiffany and Pet and Home Care have been a trusted and valued support system for us for years and have made all of our lives significantly better because we found them. My wife and I can be very particular and picky, so I can confidently say they are the best and couldn't recommend anyone more highly!!!

+ 0 moreI was a customer of this company for about 3 years. I fired them in 2017 because the walker regularly complained about having to show up in a four hour window. She wanted us to make her codes active all day show she could show up whenever it was convenient for her. Then she tells me one day that if they are approached by a strange dog she DROPS THE LEASH of my dog so that she makes sure she won't get hurt if something goes wrong. I contacted Tiffany and asked what the company's standard training, policy and procedures were on this. She had no response. I terminated my business with them on the spot.

+ -1 moreWe’ve used them for several years and are over-the-moon thrilled with them! We travel for business out of the country for 1-3 weeks and we KNOW that our 2 cats are safe and well-cared for twice a day in our home. They are super organized and reply very quickly to emailed requests. You can also schedule online with them. Sitters email photos and short notes describing the visit when they leave. This litter and kitchen is left spotless. Our cats need medication (phenobarbital tablets for one and insulin shots for the other) and they can be a bit non-compliant. However our sitter is intelligent, experienced, and thoroughly reliable (yay! Jen D!!). There is no way we could survive without this company!!!

The service tries to schedule care givers who are familiar with your pets but it isn't crucial since all their employees seem capable and competent. Most providers text or email a visit update which I like a lot. Though not all providers do that. All do leave notes at the house with the care provided and comments about pet/pets. They have also helped during an emergency - like when our hot water heater flooded the basement. They called us at the beach and followed instructions we provided. My husband gave a nice tip for that upon our return when one of the providers stopped by our house when caring for neighbor's pets. We've been customers for several years now.

+ -1 moreWe have used Pet and Home Care multiple times, once for almost two weeks and several times for periods of 3-5 days. All the women who have cared for our cats, watered orchids and air plants, taken in mail, etc. have done exactly as we asked. Both cats are rescues and shy with strangers. A couple of times, the care provider hasn't even seen one of them. (She could tell he was eating and using the litter tray.) Providers have sent us photos of the cats while we're away, and also send daily emails. When we return, notes on each visit are waiting for us. Given the stories I've heard about other pet-sitting contractors, I will add that nothing has ever disappeared from our house. Tiffany and her workers are so competent that we will be using them for the foreseeable future. We tell friends about them.
