Description of Work: They kept my two cats very happy - feeding, playing and reporting on them every visit. The caregivers seem to understand our animals and meet their needs. I have used them several times a year for several years now and feel lucky I found them. I can always count on them.

Description of Work: Pet and Home Care continues to be one of the most professional, reliable, and flexible vendors that I deal with on a regular basis....not to mention most loving and caring to my dog, who gets walked by and cared for by them once per day on weekdays. The price is in line with the service provided, and I truly appreciate their ability and willingness to go-with-the-flow of my schedule, in terms of adding or removing their visits when requested of them. A great company to work with - and they absolutely LOVE the animals that they care for. Our dog is so excited to see them, each and every time they arrive.

Description of Work: Have used Pet and Home Care for 7 years and have yet to be disappointed. I find great comfort in knowing they are caring for my 2 little puppies. The most recent experience involved overnight care for a week for the dogs and it all went very well and they were happy and safe, the house was well cared for, and I had the peace of mind that my babies were safe and attended to.

They leave daily notes about how the cats are doing. They follow all specific instructions I leave. They call me if anything seems amiss. Description of Work: 15 minute daily dog walk. They are very enthusiastic about the work, and will love your animal dearly. It's very easy to make adjustments to the schedule...and they always leave good information about how the walk went, and what was accomplished or not accomplished. Our dog is very happy that Pet and Home Care is back in his daily routine!

Description of Work: During a one month period in 2011 I used Pet and Home Care for 17 days to care for my pets when I was out of town for two different trips. Per review of the notes left on a daily basis, there was usually a different person there each day. This leads to a lack of accountability when there is a problem and I found out later that there were problems during my absence. I sent the owner of Pet and Home Care a letter with documentation as to the problems I experienced and requested that my house keys be returned as I would not use their service again. I requested that for security purposes the keys be mailed to my office address via mail that could be tracked (Fed Ex, etc.). Instead, they were mailed in plain envelope with inadequate postage. The keys were taped to a piece of plain paper and there was no response to my correspondence. I found their conduct to be quite unprofessional.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend Pet and Home Care. They wrote daily notes about their visits with our beloved Ollie, which was appreciated especially when he got older. I really LOVED their flexibility!! We could request/cancel visits with a day's notice, which was incredibly helpful. Tiffany is a delight, and she has a very capable and friendly staff. I am confident that you will be pleased!!

Description of Work: We hired Pet and Home to walk our dog. They had some dogwalkers that did well with our anxious dog but often they walker would change several times over the course of 2-3 days which was not helpful for the dog who is anxious and would refuse to go outside.
