They were very good. They were excellent. It was very expensive. I can't say it's a bad price, or good price. If you are going to go with them, be ready to spend a lot of money. They're very high. The quality is very good. I love their windows. There were two workers, they were very nice. The work was excellent, and they were very knowledgeable of the windows, and very professional. The put the windows in just right.

They answered my questions. They were perfect.

They were top-notch all the way through and highly professional. The windows are top quality and double pane. Everything was fine including their punctuality and cleanliness. There were two salesmen involved, one for the first project and one for the second one and both of them were very personable and I felt they gave me straight answers to my questions. The work crew foreman was very good after the job was complete at taking me around and showing me how the windows worked and asking for additional comments. I thought they were very concerned and it was a decision that I'm happy with even though it was a terrible drain on our finances. It's a lot of money, but the quality is good. The first batch of windows they installed we went through the winter with them and they were fine and I saved on my heating bills and I'm expecting to save even more this winter with the second batch. They were always on time for the projects.

They need to do a better job of the finish work of installing the windows. They didn’t install one set of windows in straight and my husband had to redo the finish work on five of the windows. I would suggest the others to watch them do the finish work to make sure that it’s done right. The windows were very good. I would not use their services again in the future.

The company KC Company Inc. did the installation. They did a great job. We are happy with the product. We should have had them painted at the factory since it cost more to have them painted after we installed them. We had the blinds put in the windows for the upstairs only. This included the bay windows and the blinds rise from the bottom up in the rear bay window. We are happy with the end product. The gentleman from KC Company that came out to get the measurements and told us exactly what was going to happen. He told us at that time that they could not order the bay window that they were going to have to construct the frame here to make sure that it was a concise fit. They fit the framing to fit the opening. Both bay windows in the front and the back were supported by cables that are attached to a joist that is located above the center of the bay windows. The cables are adjustable so that if the bay windows sag they can adjust them. They did give us a 20 year warranty.
