I can't say enough good things about Michael Burnett, owner of Paragon Carpet Care, and his service. When I made the appointment, he explained what the options were and the prices for each based on the areas I wanted cleaned. He also explained what he wanted me to do prior to the cleaning to protect my breakables and make the cleaning go smoothly. He arrived on time, with a phone call 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He reviewed what he was planning to do as we looked at the areas to be cleaned, and started work. This man is a very hard worker! He moved furniture, did a thorough job of cleaning, including special treatment of the few spots on the carpet, and followed up with Scotchguard. When finished, he had me look at all the areas to ensure I was satisfied, and went over details like when to remove the shields under the furniture. I had priced other companies, and his price was comparable to those who did a much less thorough job in the past. Although based in Frederick, MD, he serves a much wider area. I was VERY impressed with Mr. Burnett, his work ethic, and the results. I would recommend him to anyone needing their carpet or tile cleaned.
