Rob was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and accommodating in scheduling the work. On time. Professional. Honest. He came over to replace kitchen sink and replace kitchen sink faucet, supply lines, shut-off valves, new garbage disposal in my father-in-law's house. After evaluating, he identified that the original sink/countertop/cabinet installation done by the builder was done incorrectly which meant the only way to remove and install sink was to remove the countertop. He did a good job of assessing the situation and gave us the options and implications of moving forward. We opted to keep original sink and just replace kitchen sink faucet, supply lines, shut-off valves, new garbage disposal. He also corrected the installation of the dishwasher, which he identified was done incorrectly when he pulled it out to assess the sink/countertop issue. While there he gave advice about the condition of the water heater and what to watch for to prevent a surprise in the future. A good man. I have utilized a lot of plumbers over the years and I must say that Rob was the best. I recommend him highly and will definitely use him again.

The whole process went very well. Mr. O'Donnell arrived at the time he said he would and went to work on the installation right away. He took away the old toilet and the area was cleaned up very well. He took the time to explain how the new flush mechanism works and how it will save money in the long run. I have had Mr. O'Donnell do plumbing work in my home a number of times in the past and his work is always very effiicient and professional. I think hiis fees are reasonable as well.

Plumber was unable to make first appointment we had set up due to another job going over. He called and we rescheduled. He called before he arrived and came exactly on time. His over the phone estimate was accurate and we had a water line to our fridge in about an hour.

He is very convenient with his appointments and he does his work in the evenings after I get home from work. He is an excellent plumber and I would definitely recommend him.

An excellent experience. He completed the work in a reasonable time. His pricing is fair and he writes an complete detailed bill. I would hire him again for any future plumbing problems.

Very well. Mr. O'Donnell was very professional and efficient. He arrived on time as scheduled and called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The entire work took less than two hours. The work areas were left very clean and Mr. O'Donnell explained everything very well about the installation, warranties, etc. I will certainly think of Mr. O'Donnell again if I need to have more plumbing work done in my home and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Rob was efficient, provided an estimate prior to starting the work, got approval before doing additional work, was pleasant and cleaned up after himself. And the price was reasonable based on other bids we received. Overall a positive experience. We would definitely use him again!

Mr. O'Donnell has a small company and actually seems to want your business. He returns residential calls even over the holidays when the other firms put you on hold for an hour. He was very informative and explained why things were the way he found them, and what can be done to make sure it doesnt happen again. I can't say enough about Mr. O'Donnell's approach to his plumbing business. He may put you on the calendar a little later than others, but he assures you that nothing worse will happen until he gets there. He shows up when he says he will!!
