Was quick and easy.

Did not scrap flaking paint on doors just power washed it, then painted over it looks horrible.

Mike and staff did an outstanding job painting our 5 18ft high columns and other trim on our two-story all brick home. All of the work was performed over and around brick walls and flooring. Expert 5-star job. John C Hagerstown

Excellent job,they missed painting some of the gable ends, but I sent them an E-mail, noting this. What happened was they were getting ready to start painting the gables and it started to rain. Next day painted the main house and a shed , started painting the gables, got really dark, they cleaned up and said they would come back soon. Very professional over all job and would recommend to anyone who has metal roofs.

Mike was very professional and personable. he went the ectra distanceand even removed the door to ensure the doorjamb was stainedto mattch the door . His cleanup was immaculate.

CORRECTION OF LEAK PAST FLASHING ON METAL ROOF. Big delay before arriving at the site but inconsequential, even worth the delay just to get the needed service on that day. Knew how to deal with leaks in metal roofing (no added nails) and with leaks past flashing around chimney.

Didn?t show up on time. Came a week late of promised window. Did a horrible paint job for my front door. Sloppy work, did not sand the door before putting varnish on it. Gave unreasonable excuses for his sloppy job. Also expensive.

A positive experience overall. Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Very prompt response to questions. Highly recommended.

Whole project went well. House looks great.

There were some minor cosmetic issues, but Pat Rafferty was very punctual and cooperative in resolving these.
