Wonderful service and more than I expected. I would recommend them to everyone with appliance issues.

They company was so nice. They addressed my problem and helped me over the phone. They were even willing to adjust their entire schedule to accommodate me. They walked me through steps to see if anything would help. Eventually what they suggested fixed the problem. When I called them back to cancel the appointment, they were very kind and understanding.

Really well responded promptly and fixed the problem with out me (the landlord) having to be there. Took very little time and was very affordable.

My dishwasher which had been working great for 2 years suddenly started to make a very very loud Buzzing noise. while washing the dishes. I called Mike's on a Saturday morning - Paul answered and got the information - he was in the neighborhood finishing another job and arranged to come to my house within 30 minutes. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, made the repair and was off to another job within 25 minutes. Fantastic experience - I will definitely use this Service again.

Paul was the technician who came out. He was thorough, polite, explained what he was doing and he also fixed my dishwasher tray too.

Paul came out on a Saturday and freed the fan in my refrigerator and cleared the drain in 1 hr. On the phone and in person he was very knowledgable and accurate. I recommend this company and Paul for appliance repair, totally satisfied.

My washing machine would not fill with water. I called Mikes and they were able to schedule an appoinment so that I didn't have to wait very long and also that suited my schedule. They have great hours. Mike was great. He arrived in the time period that he said he would and called me when he was on his way. He suspected from my description what the problem was with the washing machine and arrived with part in hand. He was very friendly and so knowledgable and fixed my washer in about 10 minutes. I was thrilled. The price was very reasonable. His labor charge was less than service providers that I have used in the past. I'll call Mike again when my appliances need to be serviced.

All is well. It's like having two brand new appliances, instead of 10 yr old models.

They were wonderful. They saved me up on a new washing machine. They were courteous and quick. They did not charge me much. The people were very nice.

I called in a panic because my freezer wasn't working and then the next day my fridge wasn't working either. Both had temps that were way too warm. I'm 8 months pregnant, with a 3 year old who needed her medication refrigerated and my husband was away on a business trip. I called and left a message and was called back within 30 minutes. The woman I spoke with( I believe it was Mike's wife but not sure) was very sweet. She had empathy for my situation. They came out the next day. Mike repaired a broken part. It turned out that wasn't the only problem, as a couple of days later I noticed the temps increasing again. They came out that same day. Mike knew what part I needed. He came back the next day and fixed it. Everything is working great! They only charged me once for the service call. The other 2 times was only parts and labor. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Had a dryer that had stopped working. I called and spoke with Paul who said he would come out the next day. Easy to understand, on time and very professional. Within 5 minutes he had the fix underway and put the new belt on. He mentioned some things that I need to do down the road and told me how to do them myself to save money. He also told us what was wrong with the front load washing machine and how to fix. I did that within 10 minutes of him leaving and could not be happier. Now, both appliances are working like they are new again. First thing I noticed was how easy it was to talk to and work with Paul. I had called another company first, and didn't like the attitude on the phone. Paul didn't try to nickle and dime us on the work. He had the part on the truck, charged what we felt was very fair and will definitely use again if needed.

Paul arrived within the time window that was provided. He defrosted the ice on the bottom of the freezer and put a metal tube in the drain to prevent the freezer from icing up on the defrost cycle, so the drain would not ice up. I had used them before for refrigerator service and I would use them again.

This is the second time I've used them for different houses and different appliances. Great service, good price, and very knowledgeable. Wish they worked on microwaves.

I needed an electrode replaced on my Fisher & Paykel gas burner (i already had the part). I called a few places but had a hard time finding anyone who services this brand. Based on positive reviews on Angie's List, I left a message with Mike's, and Paul called me back a day later, and quoted me a price almost $100 lower than the only other place who would service it. He came out the next day, right on time, and spent over an hour dealing with a broken screw and other complications, and stayed until I was satisfied with the result. He adjusted his original estimate by only $10 to compensate for the extra time, which was more than fair. It works great now, and I will definitely call Mike's again if/when something goes wrong.

Mike came out, gave me an estimate that I accepted, he ordered the parts immediately and came out as soon as the parts arrived to fix the cooktop. Excellent Service - Very Happy!

My dryer stopped heating and I called Mike's and they called me write back and were able to come the next day (other companies quoted me time frames of over a week). Paul arrived (after calling first) ahead of schedule and he was efficient, fast, and clean. My dryer was working in less than 20 minutes!

Paul of Mike's Appliance Service came within 2 days of my call. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. The cost was reasonable, less than what I paid for thy same problem 13 years ago.

Was going to use Home Warranty Service purchased by the Sellers, but the Service wanted me to use some company on Angie's List that received D's and F's. The Service allowed me to be reimbursed, so I went straight to Angie's List and saw Mike's Appliances. What an outstanding company. They are very responsive, and the website is very easy to use to setup an appointment. Paul called me within an hour and scheduled an appointment for the next day! Many other companies, charged more for the service call and wouldn't come out until later in the week! Paul called me within the time window, and stated he was on his way, about 20 min away. He arrived, was very friendly, and started work right away, diagnosing the problem. He was willing to work with me and the wants/needs of the warranty company for documentation/authorization. Paul intitially said he would have the part ordered and arrive back later in the week to install it. He left, and went to his truck. Within 5 minutes, he was ringing the doorbell, saying he found the part in his service truck, and could install it now! What GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Paul completed his work, within 30 minutes, and went on his way. Problem solved, customer happy. Definitely use MIKES APPLIANCE SERVICE!

I won't elaborate too much. Paul showed up very punctually -- called first. After a quick examination & cleaning of the heat exchanger, he noticed that the fan wasn't working properly (it stopped when he touched it while cleaning w/ vacuum, and wouldn't restart). He said that shouldn't happen. With fan either intermittent or bad, that was likely the problem. He called for estimate on part, and his folks informed him he should have it on his truck. About 10 more minutes of getting part, and installation, and he was pushing refridgerator back into place. That was last Thurs and its working fine / very solid today (now Monday the following week). Glad it wasn't anything too bad, and the price seemed pretty reasonable -- I was expecting about that much for a home service call. You definitely learn to appreciate an appliance when you're without one for a little while! Back up & going. Tks Mike's & Paul. (Note: I didn't really cross check the price to fairly assess whether it was high, low, or just right -- again, my "A" grade there is just b/c I was figuring it would be that much, could have been more -- seemed pretty fair overall)

Absolutely fantastic. This was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They were responsive in setting up a service appointment right off the bat and all the way through to when they arrived (completely on time). The service itself was great and they took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done. Finally, the price was less than I have spent before on similar repairs. I am thrilled to have discovered Mike's and I recommend that if you use GE, Sears, or similar large appliance repair companies, STOP. Call Mike's.

Mike called back within 1 hour after I submitted the request on Angie's list, and came out the same day. Mike came over, replaced the parts, cleaned out a significant amount of built up lint within the dryer workings, and gave me some extra tips to keep the dryer running more efficiently. I was able to take some relatively minor steps (per his direction) after he left to ensure the vent outside of the dryer and area under the dryer were cleaned out. Dryer works like it did when I bought it over 7 years ago. Price was much more reasonable than I had on previous experiences with other providers. Mike also treated me with respect, not like I was a bother.
