Description of Work: Mike was punctual and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part in his van. It was a relief to have our dryer fixed in one simple service call.

Description of Work: Came out and looked at my appliances and told me that the appliances were not worth fixing.

Description of Work: They replaced the ice maker in my refrigerator and also installed a device to prevent the line for getting frozen again. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Service was great. Easily diagnosed problem with dryer and repaired. Price was fair for service. Technician was a bit later than the window originally given but did apologize.

Description of Work: Replaced temp probe on dryer which led to drying not turning on to prevent overheating. They were professional, quick (schedule Thu Night, on site next morning). They called twice to advice on expected arrival time and met that time exactly.

Description of Work: Our 8-year old dishwasher began making a noise that I suspected was a failing pump. I found Mike's on Angie's List and called to schedule the service. I called with the dishwasher running but the call went to voice mail so I held the phone near the machine so they too could hear the problem. My call was returned w/in 24-hours (sorry I cannot recall more specifically), we discussed the symptoms and scheduled the service. Paul showed up at the appointed hour and confirmed it was a failing pump. He had taken the care to bring a replacement with him so the repair was completed in less than an hour. I have no qualms about calling them again when our next appliance repair is needed.

Description of Work: 15 year old refrigerator stopped cooling. Mike performed trouble shooting and determined that the defrost heater was burned out. Mike did not have the part, but ordeded it that day and retruned in 3 days to relace the heater. Mike was efficient and the refrigerator works as good as new. I am very happy with the work. Mike was efficient and reformed trouble and very pleasant.
