Description of Work: Carl Lutz is the owner of the company and he is very thorough and attentive to details. He removed wallpaper and repaired the walls of our laundry room, dining room, living room and first floor bathroom. He installed new wallpaper in the dining room, repaired drywall and painted walls, ceilings, stair railings and crown moulding. Carl's pricing is fair and the work is top rate. |We have many more projects remaining and will certainly be calling Carl again. We highly recommend him without reservation. |

+ 3 moreCarl was great, he was on time for the appointment, prompt with the work. He's very professional and knowledgeable with the work. The price was true to the estimate, one of the jobs was too high for him to reach, but he made it up with another job. I'm happy with the work he's done.

+ 3 moreThis is the second large project that Mr. Lutz has done for us. Last year he painted the interior of our home which included removal of wall paper. We were so pleased with his workmanship and professionalism we contracted with him to paint the exterior of our wood home this spring. He completed the outside work today and again, we are extremely pleased. He always arrived when he said he would be here, always mentioned to us if he saw something that needed immediate repair or might need in the future, always cleaned up daily from his work, and was pleasant to work with. He repaired a window ledge that had rotted and checked to make sure all the other windows were in good shape. The house looks beautiful and we are extremely pleased with his work and his price. We have asked him to take another job with us shortly.
Description of Work: Painting the exterior of our home, including repair of window ledges that had rotted. Painting and repair of large wood shed.
