The technicians were absolutely awful. When the owner stepped in, he gave me some options. But if I had to deal with those technicians, I would absolutely give it an F. I will not use them again in the future. I took my old Rototiller in there, which has been working for years. My father was a calibration expert, so my father always kept everything perfectly. He was a mechanic and was so good that he became a calibration mechanic. I knew that there was nothing tragically wrong with this machine but my father couldn’t fix it because he is not well. The technicians at McHenry told me that they would charge me $400 and they could not even guarantee that it would even start. I got really mad because I thought this is a small engine and they are telling me that the cylinders are scorched, so, wouldn’t it be cheaper to put a new engine on it. They didn’t even offer me that option. When I called them after I reached home and asked if they put new engines and he said they’re not making that offer there. I got mad and I went to pick up the tiller after that. I went to speak to the owner because my husband knows the owner and informed him that nobody even offered to put a new engine in there and he said that they do that all the time there. He came out and said that they still can’t guarantee that the gears would work, but they can put a new engine in there for $300. I told them that I’ll find someplace else. My experience with them was awful. It was bad.
