I discovered a stain on the ceiling in an unused room Saturday, I got three estimates Monday and one was from Kevin, by the next Saturday the crew delivered the material and installed my new roof. Their work was impressive and they cleaned up after them selves, Kevin came out to inspect the completed work and had photos showing the damaged calking which cased the leak and effected the ply wood. I was great full Kevin was able to fit me in his schedule, I highly recommend his company for any roof installation or replacement work

Kevin called and left a message immediately after I went onto Home Advisor. He was very friendly and honest and worked up an estimate the day we talked. He went over everything they would do and pointed out houses on my street that had similar colored roofing that I was interested in so I could get an idea. Materials were delivered a day later after I signed the contract and roofing was installed next day. House and shed look great.

Kevin and his crew were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof. Pricing and service were amazing.

Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with. I live in Lake Linganore but work in Bethesda and may times don't get home till 7:30pm. Kevin came out during the day to inspect and quote a new GAF roof. He left the quote and a nice Sample set of GAF roofing shingles (We went with the Biscayne Blue). It was about two weeks till I had time to get back to him. No Pressure/No constant calls like some other roofing contractors. He came by on a Saturday morning and we did a once over and he thoroughly explained what all the under shingle materials are for and where they would be installed and GAFs 50 year warranty. I had never used Maryland Quality Exteriors for a project before but I felt more than comfortable with Kevin. He knows what he is doing and I couldn't be more pleased that I hired him and his team to replace our 22 years old 3-tab shingle roof. I plan on having him install Gutter guards this Spring when the weather improves. The price for the work was outstanding, they cleaned up everything perfectly when finished, and the wife and I could be more pleased. If you need a roof replaced seriously give them a call. The owner showed up the next day to prepare a bid. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He did not try to over sell me on product i did not need. The next week they came out and completed the work. I am very satisfied!

Kevin showed up at the scheduled time for the estimate. Gave me the quote on the spot and said he thought they could do it the following week, he would check the schedule and confirm. As promised, Kevin contacted me to advise they would be out on Friday to do the job. The crew showed up, did their work and removed all debris as agreed. We returned home from work and the job had been completed and looks fantastic!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have exterior work done. We were so impressed with the gutter/ downspout job efficiency and appearance, we are going to hire them for a roof replacement in the spring. Top notch company!!!
