Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). Anyways, I will most certainly be a returning customer. Thank you Markool Heating Cooling Plumbing.

The old bait and switch was done by them. I was quoted by Chris Markoe one of the owners a complete Carrier system inside and outside my home. They pushed me for install which I took a day off to get done. The crew was great until we did final inspection and the furnace unit installed was a BRYANT. I questioned it and was told it was the same as a Carrier by the crew ITS NOT different bells and whistles and most importantly Shorter WARRANTY. They called Chris who told me it was made by carrier and one quoted was on Backorder. No communication to me just took it upon himself to put an inferior system in and charge me the same amount. So very dissatisfied considering it was a referral from one of their own employees. Been a week and no follow up or ETA of the Carrier unit. I hope this review encourages other to look at there agreement with them and make sure you got what you paid for especially warranty. Poor business practice.

Just started working with Markool this summer and they have been fantastic! When I need service, they are so fast and every person we have interacted with has been polite, knowledgeable and personable. We unexpectedly needed to replace our system during a heat wave and they were super. So responsive and quick. I would highly recommend Markool for all of your HVAC needs!

Was looking for a company to service/maintenance. Called them and shared my concerns. Scheduled and appointment within 3 days. Technician was polite and professional. Could tell he knew about AC unit and his profession. Fair cost/pricing Highly recommend.

Turned on the AC this morning to find out was blowing hot air, called up a few different companies who wanted minimum 100 bucks to come out blah blah blah, called up Markool and got connected with a technician. The technician helped me troubleshoot the issue, and have me a quick fix that will last until they make it out tomorrow to do the permanent fix. I'll be using them for all my AC needs in the future!

Chris was very easy to work with throughout the whole transaction hes very understanding and really wants to keep the customer happy! This company got to the job asp for me and my family! Thanks to you guys we no longer have a carbon monoxide leak!!

They were on time. Chris explained everything to me.They were honest, personable, and very knowledgeable. I will be calling them in the fall to do annual maintenance for sure!! I wish all contractors were this nice to work with!

Professional and efficient. Chris did an A/C repair on a part under warranty from another company. He quickly coordinated getting the new part through the warranty and completed the repair quickly. Will recommend to others.

Markool was super professional, kind, and skillful. A few things really stood out. 1) He did a furnace flue piper install that he could have charged us much more for if he had wanted to take advantage of us - but he was honest and we paid less than we feared. He also went the extra mile helping my wife and I through a warranty claim with the furnace company so that we did not have to pay extra part costs. It was an unexpected need, but he was prepared with the part and worked with the manufacturer to get us covered. He was even able to better a previous repair. 2) On a home humidifier install, he made himself available on short notice, took time to answer our questions, and then showed us how to maintain the equipment ourselves so we wouldn't need to shelve out more for additional contracting work - even from him. Grateful!

Excellent service by MarKool. First it is a small company so when you call them you talk directly to the person doing the work. Second they are highly responsive. Third at the home they are very personable and answer all questions in detail. Fourth In fixing my problem they showed they are highly skilled and experienced in HVAC in this case as it pertains to gas furnace operation.
