I called Mike this morning and left a voice message to set up an appointment for him to install a new garage door opener and entry keypad. From past experience with him, I knew that he would get back to me today, but he returned my call much earlier in the day than I expected. He was able to work me into his schedule today. He arrived when he said that he would and he completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I find him to be congenial and highly competent. I will not hesitate to call him again should I need service with either of my garage doors.

The installation was fast convenient and the door has been operational with no problems for over a year.

I had called a bunch of other garage door companies before I made a decision. Their cost was substantially lower than any of the others. It was a fast, professional, and high quality installation service. I strongly recommend this company for any kind of garage door work.

Not sure how this happened but afer coming home on Sunday found that my garage door was askew and would not close. Upon further inspection, saw that a few of the wheels had come off the track and that the pulley cable had come unraveled. Called M and M Garage doors on Monday morning, Mike returned my call late Monday afternoon and scheduled to come out on Tuesday afternoon. Mike arrived promptly and fixed the door quickly and inexpensively. My garage door and opener are old - around 20 years old and I know it will need to be replaced in the not to far off future. I will be calling M and M garage doors for an estimate when the time comes - was very pleased with the results.

The Mand M Garage Door installer showed me samples of a number of different garage doors and discussed in detail the different types and qualities of material I could purchase. The exchange was very helpful and I got the feeling that installer took pride in his work. I was given an quote of about $2600 dollars. I've postponed this work for now, but I would consider Mand M when I'm ready to re-start this activity.

Found an ad, and called for an estimate. He was punctual and made reccommendations on what would be a better solution, and more durable, than what he was replacing. Had a coupon, which he honored and was honest in offering an additional discount not advertised. On time and very clean and porfessional installation. Returned for adjustments after some wear, at no cost. In addition, after over a year of use, recently, one door was noisy, and he responded to the call immediately, lubricating the moving parts, at no cost.

The workmanship was excellent and the new doors and openers exceeded our expectations. They included coupons in their price and provided the information for a rebate we weren't expecting!
