+ -1 moreThe reason I wouldn't hire them again is because I was told that my floors would no longer creek. We had to leave our home overnight due to the smell and wouldn't be able to check the work out until the smell was done. They left me with black marks all over my walls and 2 large dents where the doors knobs were rammed into the wall. I called the office, and they said they would come out to repair it. No one ever came out. Instead of a minimal amount of dust after the work like they said there would be, the was dust everywhere. I would not hire nor recommend them.
Description of Work: Sanded and refinished my hardwood flooring.

+ -1 moreThey were hard workers and did a good quality job. They were on time and got the job done quickly. They answered questions in a timely manner and were easy to get a hold of.
Description of Work: They sanded and refinished our current wood floors. They stained it and put on a gloss finish.

+ -1 moreI WAS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK HOWEVER THEY TOOK OVER A WEEK TO COMPLETE THE WORK. THEY QUOTED ME ONLY THREE DAYS FOR JOB COMPLETION. THEY HAD SOMEONE COME BACK OUT TO CLEAN UP AFTER THE JOB EVENTUALLY.
