+ 0 moreWe had the good fortune to find Daniel and Lucky Charm 4+ years ago and we can assure everyone the level of service he and his team provide is clearly outstanding. They were organized and focused on doing the job right the first time. Daniel had some truck problems the morning of the job and took the time to notify us , that he would be about an hour late. He showed up exactly one hour late and to make sure he finished the job on the day we were scheduled he brought three friends along with him and his brother. Amazing that he was that concerned about customer service and more amazing he didn't ask for additional payment for the added help he brought with him. Their work was perfect, done professionally and our yard looks terrific. Daniel and his team are hearing impaired and we can assure you that there is absolutely no problem with their ability to communicate with the hearing community. He communicates in writing to us and actually he is very intuitive in anticipating what we want to ask him to do.They are polite , hard working and totally dedicated to providing the best service possible to their customers. We use Lucky Charm for trimming our shrubs, mulching , flower bed clean up and preparation and for the full fall clean up our yard requires. One of the best lawn and yard work companies you could ever find anywhere.
