Melissa and Jason were absolutely wonderful! I had to replace our electric meter box, which required coordination with Potomac Edison and the County Inspectors office. Melissa was fantastic-she coordinated everything. Once I signed the estimate, I didn't have to worry about anything except providing access to the house when needed.

Great contractor. Company's foundation is clearly built on honesty and Integrity. Jason was very respectful and so was his entire crew and office staff. Jason arrived on time for the estimate, then on the day of install he and his crew where on-site at the time he told me. Crew is very knowledgeable, and clearly they know their job. They performed the work just as the quote stated, job-site was left clean-up. One of the first electrical contractors I have hired that actually took the time to label the panel before leaving. I also asked to have an additional feed ran to the ATS which was not in the estimate, Jason and crew did it with no issues. Clearly this could have been an extra work request. But price was exactly as quoted.

Today was the follow-up visit to install our new Generac generator. My previous review focused on the highly professional Jason Long (company owner) when he came to provide a very reasonable estimate, on the spot, and recommended an install solution that was hands down the most brilliant compared to other local estimates. This review is just as positives when his crew (Shawn, Jamie, Jeff, Tom, and yes, even Jason) arrived early, on time and performed an incredible dance of interior/exterior communication, quality work, and a thorough orientation of all the new equipment. Many thanks to the hardest working crew I've seen in a long time. They exceeded my expectations. Plus a shout out to the great office manager, Melissa, she's awesome. I really enjoyed working with this company to upgrade our main electrical panel and install a new sub panel. They took the time to understand what we needed, so as we finished updating our house the electrical would be more then sufficient. They were on time and completed all work in a timely manner. When I sold the home the buyers claimed the work was done incorrectly. Long electric went out and explained the work to the buyers and spoke with other electricians to make sure the work was done correctly. It was done correctly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and saved me money from having to pay for another electrician.

The guys did a spectacular job. The new service panel looks sharp and my wife didn't have to worry about me shocking myself. Your team was professional and courteous throughout the entire job. They kept their worksite clean and were more than accommodating when I asked to have a temporary power source while they worked.
